1. A turbine power plant comprising:a common base for mounting thereon power generation apparatuses, said common base being constructed so as to be used as a part of a transportation vehicle and a support frame for installation of said power generation apparatuses; a height-adjusting apparatus for supporting said common base and adjusting the height of said common base mounting thereon said power generation apparatuses; and wherein said common base is provided with a lengthwise sliding mechanism for moving said power generation apparatuses mounted on said common base in a length direction of said common base. 2. A turbine power plant comprising:a common base for mounting thereon power generation apparatuses, said common base being constructed so as to be used as a part of a transportation vehicle and a support frame for installation of said power generation apparatuses; a height-adjusting apparatus for supporting said common base and adjusting the height of said common base mounting thereon said power generation apparatuses; and wherein said common base is provided with a width-wise sliding mechanism for moving said power generation apparatuses mounted on said common base in a width direction of said common base from a side position along the length direction of said common base. 3. A turbine power plant according to claim 1, wherein said height-adjusting apparatus forms a space for maintenance operation under said common base by raising said common base mounting thereon said power generation apparatuses.4. A turbine power plant according to claim 1, wherein said height-adjusting apparatus for adjusting the height of said common base is constructed to be used as a jack for installation of said common base.5. A turbine power plant according to claim 2, wherein said height-adjusting apparatus forms a space for maintenance operation under said common base by raising said common base mounting thereon said power generation apparatuses.6. A turbine power plant according to claim 2, wherein said height-adjusting apparatus for adjusting the height of said common base is constructed to be used as a jack for installation of said common base.
