A device for displacing a moving part along a longitudinal axis relative to a housing, said device being symmetrical about a plane extending longitudinally relative to the moving part, the device comprising: two structures, each structure comprising a plate and two oblique pushers linked to the plate, a pusher being secured at one of its ends to the moving part and to a diaphragm connected to the inside of the housing and another pusher being secured at one of its ends to means for displacing the structure along the longitudinal axis relative to the housing for adjusting a displacement zero position of the moving part and to a diaphragm connected to the inside of the housing, and two blocks of active material extending between the plates, the elongation directions of the blocks being antisymmetrical about an axis substantially perpendicular to the displacement axis of the moving part, wherein the structures are flexible and suitable for displacing the moving part by deforming as a function of the elongation of the blocks. 2. The device according to claim 1, wherein the pushers are integral with the plates. 3. The device according to claim 1, wherein the ends of the pushers are secured to the moving part, the means for displacing the structure and to the diaphragms via rods. 4. The device according to claim 1, wherein the respective pushers of each structure are secured to each other by junction blocks. 5. The device according to claim 4, wherein the structure includes portions of narrow section between the oblique pushers and the junction blocks connected to the moving part or the means for displacing the structure, these portions of narrow section being suitable for imparting flexibility to each structure. 6. The device according to claim 4, wherein one junction block is connected to the moving part and the other junction block is fixed relative to the housing external to the structures, the fixed block being secured to a rod coming into abutment against a screw for adjusting a displacement zero position of the moving part. 7. The device according to claim 1, wherein the structure includes portions of narrow section between the plate and the oblique pushers, chase portions of narrow section being suitable for imparting flexibility to each structure. 8. The device according to claim 1, including means suitable for prestressing the displacement means between the plates. 9. The device according to claim 1, wherein the pushers are geometrically antisymmetrical relative to a plane perpendicular to the plates. 10. The device according to claim 1, wherein the diaphragms are flexible along the displacement axis of the moving part and stiff transversely relative thereto. 11. The device according to claim 1, wherein the housing is filled with a counterpressure liquid. 12. The device according to claim 11, including at least one expansion chamber for the filler liquid. 13. The device according to claim 12, wherein each expansion chamber includes a cutout constituting a portion of the wall of the housing, said cutout being connected to the housing by bellows. 14. A device for displacing a moving part along a longitudinal axis relative to a housing, said device being symmetrical about a plane extending longitudinally relative to the moving part, the device comprising two structures, each structure comprising a plate and two oblique pushers linked to the plate and to the moving part, two diaphragms between the moving part and the housing, the diaphragms being flexible along the displacement axis of the moving part and stiff transversely relative thereto and suitable for providing sealing between the moving part and the housing, four blocks of active material extending between the plates and means for the sliding of the moving part therein, the means for sliding being fixed to the housing, with the elongation directions of the blocks being antisymmetrical about an axis substantially perpendicular to the displacement axis of the moving part, wherein the structures are flexible and suitable for displacing the moving part by deforming as a function of the elongation of the blocks. 16. The device according to claim 15, wherein the pushers are integral with the plates. 17. The device according to claim 15, wherein the structure includes portions of narrow section between the plate and the oblique pushers, these portions of narrow section being suitable for imparting flexibility to each structure. 18. The device according to claim 15, wherein the structure includes portions of narrow section between the oblique pushers and junction blocks connected to the moving part, these portions of narrow section being suitable for imparting flexibility to each structure. 19. The device according to claim 15, including means suitable for prestressing the displacement means between the plates. 20. The device according to claim 15, wherein the pushers are geometrically symmetrical relative to a plane perpendicular to the plates. 21.
