A transmission housing gasket mounted between a housing and a cover provided at an opening of the housing, comprising: a first layer fastened to a flange of the housing, and a second layer fastened to a flange of the cover, wherein the first layer is constituted by dispersion aramid fibers at 0 to 10% by weight into a binder, and the second layer is constituted by dispersion aramid fibers at 10% by weight or more into a binder, so that a ratio of a coefficient of friction of the surface of the first layer to the surface of the second layer is 1.15 or greater due to the presence of aramid fibers. 2. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 1, wherein the first layer and the second layer are fixed on the front surface and the rear surface of a base layer, respectively. 3. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 1, wherein the binder comprises synthetic rubber as a main component, and the first layer contains the synthetic rubber greater than the second layer. 4. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 2, wherein the binder comprises synthetic rubber as a main component, and the first layer contains the synthetic rubber greater than the second layer. 5. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 1, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.4 or more and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0.3 to 0.5. 6. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 2, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.4 or more and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0.3 to 0.5. 7. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 3, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.4 or more and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0.3 to 0.5. 8. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 4, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.4 or more and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0.3 to 0.5. 9. A transmission housing gasket mounted between a housing and a cover provided at an opening of the housing, comprising: a first layer fastened to a flange of the housing, and a second layer fastened to a flange of the cover, wherein the first layer is constituted by dispersing aramid fibers at 10% by weight or more into a binder, and the second layer is constituted by dispersing aramid fibers at 0 to 10% by weight into a binder, so that a ratio of a coefficient of friction of the surface of the second layer to the surface of the first layer is 1.15 or greater due to the presence of aramid fibers. 10. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 9, wherein the first layer and the second layer are fixed on the front surface and the rear surface of a base layer, respectively. 11. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 9, wherein the binder comprises synthetic rubber as a main component, and the second layer contains the synthetic rubber greater than the first layer. 12. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 10, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.3 to 0.5 and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0. 4 or more. 15. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 11, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.3 to 0.5 and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0. 4 or more. 16. A transmission housing gasket in accordance with claim 12, wherein a friction coefficient of the surface of the first layer is 0.3 to 0.5 and a friction coefficient of the surface of the second layer is 0. 4 or more.
