An image processing apparatus for inputting photographic image data containing dot-matrix pixels and performing a conversion operation for pixels of said input image data, according to predetermined correspondence relationship information, so as to produce processed image data, the apparatus comprising: a correspondence relationship holding unit holding: correspondence relationship information, including a plurality of correspondence relationships, for conversion of said image data, and applicable object information including, for each correspondence relationship, a respective condition comprising information of a region wherein each of the pixels belongs; a correspondence relationship judging unit producing a respective judgment for each of the pixels of the input image data, including a given pixel, wherein the judgment indicates whether the region information of the given pixel meets the respective condition of any of the correspondence relationships; and an image data converting unit performing a conversion operation on the pixels of the input image data to produce the processed image data, wherein, for each given pixel, the conversion operation is performed using only any of the correspondence relationships indicated by said respective judgment of the correspondence relationship judging unit. 2. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, being provided a color conversion table which stores information on correspondence relationship between pre-converted original image data and post-converted image data. 3. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, a plurality of correspondence relationships being realized by changing a degree of correspondence relationship applicability. 4. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, a plurality of correspondence relationships applicable to said image data being specified in succession as required. 5. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, each correspondence relationship for adjusting brightness according to said image data being held. 6. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, each correspondence relationship for adjusting chromaticity according to said image data being held. 7. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said correspondence relationship information holding unit, each correspondence relationship for adjusting color vividness according to said image data being held. 8. An image processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein, in said image data converting unit, for pixels in a transition region between regions which being different in terms of correspondence relationship, a level of correspondence relationship is adjusted gradually in image data conversion. 9. An image processing method for inputting photographic image data containing dot-matrix pixels and performing a conversion operation for pixels of said input image data, according to predetermined correspondence relationship information, so as to produce processed image data, the method comprising: providing correspondence relationships, including providing: correspondence relationship information, including a plurality of correspondence relationships which are applicable independently of each other, for conversion of said image data, and applicable object information including, for each correspondence relationship, a respective condition comprising information of a region of applicable pixels; producing a respective judgment for each of the pixels of the input image data, including a given pixel, wherein the judgment indicates whether the given pixel meets the respective condition of any of the correspondence relationships; and performing a conversion operation on the pixels of the input image data to produce the processed image data, wherein, for each given pixel, the conversion operation is performed using only any of the correspondence relationships indicated by said respective judgment. 10. An image processing method for inputting photographic image data containing dot-matrix pixels and performing a conversion operation for pixels of said input image data, according to predetermined correspondence relationship information, so as to produce processed image data, the method comprising: providing correspondence relationships, including providing: correspondence relationship information, including a plurality of correspondence relationships, for conversion of said image data, and applicable object information including, for each correspondence relationship, a respective condition comprising information of a region wherein each of the pixels belongs; producing a respective judgment for each of the pixels of the input image data, including a given pixel, wherein the judgment indicates whether the region information of the given pixel meets the respective condition of any of the correspondence relationships; and performing a conversion operation on the pixels of the input image data to produce the processed image data, wherein, for each given pixel, the conversion operation is performed using only any of the correspondence relationships indicated by said respective judgment. 11. A storage medium storing a control program for enabling a computer system to perform an image processing method for inputting photographic image data containing dot-matrix pixels and performing a conversion operation for pixels of said input image data, according to predetermined correspondence relationship information, so as to produce processed image data, the method comprising: providing correspondence relationships, including providing: correspondence relationship information, including a plurality of correspondence relationships which are applicable independently of each other, for conversion of said image data, and applicable object information including, for each correspondence relationship, a respective condition comprising information of a region of applicable pixels; producing a respective judgment for each of the pixels of the input image data, including a given pixel, wherein the judgment indicates whether the given pixel meets the respective condition of any of the correspondence relationships; and performing a conversion operation on the pixels of the input image data to produce the processed image data, wherein, for each given pixel, the conversion operation is performed using only any of the correspondence relationships indicated by said respective judgment. 12.
