A light emitting diode (LED) warning signal light, the warning signal light comprising a plurality of light sources constructed and arranged with a reflector or cullminator, the LED light source being in electrical communication with a controller and a power supply, battery, or other electrical source. The warning signal light provides various colored light signals for independent use or use by an emergency vehicle. These light signals may include a strobe light, revolving light, an alternating light, a flashing light, a modulated light, a pulsating light, an oscillating light or any combination thereof. Additionally, the warning signal light may be capable of displaying symbols, reverse characters, or arrows. The controller may further be adapted to regulate or modulate the power intensity exposed to the illuminated LED's to create a variable intensity light signal.

What is claimed is: 1. An LED light stick assembly comprising: a) an elongate frame having a base; b) a plurality of light emitting diode light sources engaged to said frame, said light emitting diode light sources being arranged in a single row, said light emitting diode light sources receiving po
What is claimed is: 1. An LED light stick assembly comprising: a) an elongate frame having a base; b) a plurality of light emitting diode light sources engaged to said frame, said light emitting diode light sources being arranged in a single row, said light emitting diode light sources receiving power from a power source; c) a reflector positioned adjacent to said light emitting diode light sources; d) a lens traversing said frame proximate to said light emitting diode light sources; and e) a controller in communication with said light emitting diode light sources, the controller constructed and arranged to activate the light emitting diode light sources thereby producing at least two different timing patterns of visually distinct warning light signals, one of said timing patterns of visually distinct warning light signals comprising the repetitive illumination of one or more light emitting diodes over a first period of time to form a first collection of visually distinct warning light signals and one of said timing patterns of visually distinct warning light signals comprising the repetitive illumination of one or more light emitting diodes over a second period of time to form a second collection of visually distinct warning light signals where the first timing pattern and the second timing pattern being different from each other, the controller further constructed and arranged to illuminate the first timing pattern and the second timing pattern in at least one combination of timing patterns. 2. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, said LED light stick assembly further comprising a first support and a second support, said first support and said second support being angularly offset relative to said frame. 3. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 2, said reflector comprising a pair of mirrors, one of said mirrors positioned proximate and engaged to said first support and one of said mirrors positioned proximate and engaged to said second support. 4. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 3, wherein said mirrors are polished. 5. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 3, wherein said mirrors are constructed and arranged to reflect light emitted from said light emitting diode light sources outwardly from said frame at a desired angle. 6. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein said frame has a first end and a second end. 7. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 6, wherein each of said first end and said second end have an affixation area. 8. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 7, said frame further comprising a receiving ledge constructed and arranged for engagement to said lens. 9. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein said lens is transparent. 10. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a cover enclosing said lens, said reflector, and said light emitting diode light sources. 11. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, said reflector further comprising one or more reflective sections. 12. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, said reflector further comprising one or more transparent sections. 13. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, said reflector comprising a plurality of collimator cups, each of said collimator cups constructed and arranged for positioning proximate to one of said light emitting diode light sources. 14. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 13, wherein said collimator cups are formed into an array. 15. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 13, each of said collimator cups comprising an angularly offset interior surface. 16. The tight emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 13, said reflector comprising at least one group of collimator cups. 17. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein said controller independently controls each of said light emitting diode light sources. 18. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 17, said plurality of light emitting diode light sources comprising light emitting diodes of at least two different colors. 19. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 18, wherein the controller selectively activates the light emitting diodes to create at least one of a single colored warning light signal and at least one of a multi-colored warning light signal. 20. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 17, wherein the warning light signal is a directional indicator. 21. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein the light emitting diode light stick assembly is engaged to a utility vehicle. 22. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein the light emitting diode light stick assembly is engaged to an emergency vehicle. 23. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein the at least two different timing patterns are produced simultaneously. 24. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein the at least two different timing patterns are produced independently of each other. 25. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein said at least two different timing patterns are different in duration. 26. The light emitting diode light stick assembly according to claim 1, wherein said at least two different timing patterns are different in appearance.
