The invention claimed is: 1. An indoor unit of an air conditioner, comprising: a rear cover and a front frame forming an inner space; a heat exchanger mounted in the inner space, for performing heat exchange; a blower fan mounted in the inner space, for forcibly flowing air; an air guide for guiding an airflow; a discharge hole door for opening and closing a side discharge hole formed at at least one side of the front frame; and a discharge hole opening/closing structure connected with the discharge hole door, wherein the discharge hole opening/closing structure comprises: a transfer part moving in an interlocking fashion with the discharge hole door; and a case into which at least a part of the transfer part is inserted and a plurality of parts are built-in such that the transfer part moves in left and right directions. 2. The indoor unit according to claim 1, further comprising a spring formed at a connection part of the discharge hole door and the transfer part, for providing a restoring force to rotate the discharge hole door in one direction. 3. The indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the case comprises therein: a driving part connected with a driving motor of the discharge hole door; a connection part connected with the driving part; and a driven part connected with the connection part and the transfer part. 4. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the driving part is a gear or a roller. 5. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the connection part is a belt or a link. 6. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the driven part is a dual gear. 7. The indoor unit according to claim 3, wherein the driving motor of the discharge hole door is a step motor. 8. The indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the case comprises therein: a driving part connected with a driving motor of the discharge hole door; a link connected with the driving part; and a driven part connected with the link and connected with a rack formed at the transfer part. 9. The indoor unit according to claim 8, wherein the link comprises a driving rack engaged with the driving gear, and a driven rack engaged with the driven gear. 10. The indoor unit according to claim 8, wherein the driven gear is a dual gear including a first gear connected with the transfer part and a second gear connected with the link. 11. The indoor unit according to claim 8, wherein the case further comprises a transfer part guide formed inside the case, for guiding the transfer part. 12. The indoor unit according to claim 8, wherein the case further comprises a link guide formed inside the case, for guiding the link. 13. The indoor unit according to claim 1, wherein the discharge hole door and the transfer part are respectively formed at both side portions of the indoor unit. 14. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprising: a front frame formed at a front side of the indoor unit, forming an appearance of the indoor unit, and having a side discharge hole formed at at least one side thereof; a rear cover formed at a rear side of the indoor unit and forming a rear appearance of the indoor unit; a heat exchanger received in an inner space formed by the front frame and the rear cover, for performing heat exchange; a blower fan for forcibly blowing air; an air guide for guiding airflow inside the indoor unit; a discharge hole door formed at an adjacent position for selectively opening/closing the side discharge hole; and a transfer part connected with the discharge hole door and reciprocating using a driving force of a motor. 15. The indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the discharge hole door is formed at a left and/or right of the front frame. 16. The indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the transfer part is formed at a front side of the front frame. 17. The indoor unit according to claim 14, further comprising a bottom discharge hole formed at a bottom of the front frame. 18. The indoor unit according to claim 14, wherein the side discharge hole is formed at an inclined portion of the front frame. 19. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprising: a front frame for protecting a front side of the indoor unit; a side discharge hole formed inclined at at least one of left and right sides of the front frame; a discharge hole door reciprocating in left and right directions so as to open/close the side discharge hole; a discharge hole opening/closing structure for driving the discharge hole door; and an elastic member formed at a connection part where the discharge hole opening/closing structure meets with the discharge hole door, for generating a restoring force to rotate the discharge hole door in one direction such that the side discharge hole is completely closed. 20. An indoor unit of an air conditioner comprising: a front frame for protecting a front side of the indoor unit; a side discharge hole formed inclined at at least one of left and right sides of the front frame; a discharge hole door reciprocating in left and right directions so as to open/close the side discharge hole; and a discharge hole opening/closing structure for driving the discharge hole door, wherein the discharge hole opening/closing structure comprises: a driving part for receiving a power from a motor; a transfer part connected with the discharge hole door; a driven part for transferring the power to the transfer part; and a connection part for connecting the driving part with the driven part. 21. An air conditioner, comprising: a rear cover and a front frame forming an inner space, each side of said front frame sloping outward from its front edge towards its backside; a heat exchanger mounted in the inner space and configured to perform heat exchange with air; a blower fan mounted in the inner space and configured to forcibly blow the heat exchanged air; a front panel mounted to the front frame, said front panel having a discharge-hole-free appearance; and an air discharging door mounted on at least one side of the front frame and configured to open so as to discharge the heat exchanged air from the at least one side of the front frame. 22. An air conditioner, comprising: a rear cover and a front frame forming an inner space; a heat exchanger mounted in the inner space and configured to perform heat exchange with air; a blower fan mounted in the inner space and configured to forcibly blow the heat exchanged air; and an air discharging door mounted on at least one side of the air conditioner and not on a front surface of the air conditioner and configured to open so as to discharge the heat exchanged air from the at least one side of the air conditioner, wherein the front panel includes a window so a user can view a display panel contained within the air conditioner and that indicates an operational status of the air conditioner. 23. The air conditioner according to claim 22, wherein the front panel contains only the window. 24. The air conditioner according to claim 21, wherein the air discharging door comprises air discharging doors mounted on both sides of the air conditioner. 25. The air conditioner according to claim 21, wherein the air discharging door retracts within the air conditioner when opened so as to expose an air discharging hole located in a corresponding position of the front frame. 26. The air conditioner according to claim 21, wherein the air discharging door is opened and closed via a motor. 27. An air conditioner, comprising: a rear cover and a front frame forming an inner space; a heat exchanger mounted in the inner space and configured to perform heat exchange with air; a blower fan mounted in the inner space and configured to forcibly blow the heat exchanged air; and an air discharging door mounted on at least one side of the air conditioner and not on a front surface of the air conditioner and configured to open so as to discharge the heat exchanged air from the at least one side of the air conditioner, wherein the air discharging door is opened and closed via a discharge hole opening/closing structure, and wherein the discharge hole opening/closing structure comprises: a transfer part moving in interlocking with the air discharge door; and a case into which at least a part of the transfer part is inserted and a plurality of parts are built-in such that the transfer part moves in left and right directions. 28. The air conditioner according to claim 27, further comprising a spring formed at a connection part of the air discharge door and the transfer part, and configured to provide a restoring force to rotate the air discharge door in one direction. 29. The air conditioner according to claim 27, wherein the case comprises therein: a driving part connected with a driving motor of the air discharge door; a connection part connected with the driving part; and a driven part connected with the connection part and the transfer part. 30. The air conditioner according to claim 29, wherein the driving part is a gear or a roller, the connection part is a belt or a link, the driven part is a dual gear, and the driving motor of the discharge hole door is a step motor. 31. The air conditioner according to claim 30, wherein the case comprises therein: a driving part connected with a driving motor of the air discharge door; a link connected with the driving part; and a driven part connected with the link and connected with a rack formed at the transfer part. 32. The air conditioner according to claim 31, wherein the link comprises a driving rack engaged with the driving gear, and a driven rack engaged with the driven gear. 33. The air conditioner according to claim 32, wherein the driven gear is a dual gear including a first gear connected with the transfer part and a second gear connected with the link. 34. The air conditioner according to claim 32, wherein the case further comprises a transfer part guide formed inside the case, for guiding the transfer part. 35. The air conditioner according to claim 32, wherein the case further comprises a link guide formed inside the case, for guiding the link.
