What is claimed is: 1. A liquid crystal dispensing system, comprising: a liquid crystal material container to contain liquid crystal, the liquid crystal material container provided with a first code having information of the liquid crystal; a reading unit to read the first code; a discharge pump having a liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member to draw in and discharge liquid crystal from the liquid crystal material container; and a nozzle to dispense liquid crystal from the discharge pump onto a substrate having at least one panel region to be a liquid crystal display panel provided with a second code having information of the substrate including an area of the panel region and a cell gap of the liquid crystal display panel; wherein the liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member controls an amount of liquid crystal to be discharged in accordance with the information of the liquid crystal and the substrate in first and second codes. 2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the discharge pump includes: a cylinder; a piston to draw in and discharge liquid crystal by rotating and moving up-down, the piston being inserted into the cylinder and provided with a groove at a certain region of a lower portion thereof; and a suction opening and a discharge opening to respectively draw in and discharge liquid crystal as the piston moves. 3. The system according to claim 2, further comprising a fixing unit to fix the discharge pump. 4. The system according to claim 3, wherein the fixing unit includes a rotating member to which the piston of the discharge pump is fixed to rotate the piston. 5. The system according to claim 4, wherein the piston is provided with a bar, the rotating member is provided with a hole, and the bar is inserted into the hole to couple the piston with the rotating member. 6. The system according to claim 5, wherein the bar is rotatably inserted into the hole. 7. The system according to claim 1, further comprising: a motor to drive the liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member; and a rotational shaft screw-coupled to the liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member and rotated as the motor is driven to linearly move the liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member; wherein the liquid crystal capacity amount controlling member varies a fixating angle of the discharge pump to control a discharge amount of liquid crystal. 8. The system according to claim 7, wherein the motor includes one of a servo motor and a step motor. 9. The system according to claim 1, further comprising: a first connecting tube connecting the liquid crystal material container and the discharge pump; and a pin installed at the end of the first connecting tube and inserted into the liquid crystal material container to introduce liquid crystal of the liquid crystal material container. 10. The system according to claim 9, wherein a pad for inserting the pin is formed at the liquid crystal material container to contract the pin at the time of the pin insertion and in order to prevent liquid crystal from leaking through the insertion region of the pin. 11. The system according to claim 9, further comprising a second connecting tube connecting the discharge pump and the nozzle. 12. The system according to claim 11, wherein the second connecting tube is fortified of a transparent material. 13. The system according to claim 12, further comprising a first sensor installed near the second connecting tube to detect whether vapor is contained in liquid crystal discharged from the discharge pump. 14. The system according to claim 13, further comprising a second sensor installed near the nozzle to detect whether liquid crystal is massed on the surface of the nozzle. 15. The system according to claim 1, further comprising a control unit to control a discharge amount of liquid crystal from the discharge pump and to stop the dispensing if liquid crystal read by the reading unit is not a preset liquid crystal. 16. The system according to claim 15, wherein the control unit includes: a dispensing amount setting unit to set a dispensing amount of liquid crystal to be dropped onto the substrate; a dispensing amount compensating unit to compensate a differential value between a dispensing amount of liquid crystal set by the dispensing amount setting unit and a substantial dispensing amount dispensed onto the substrate; a motor driving unit to operate the liquid crystal discharge pump by driving a motor; and a substrate driving unit to drive the substrate in order to align a dispensing position of liquid crystal with the nozzle. 17. The system according to claim 16, wherein the motor driving unit includes: a pulse value storing unit to store pulse value information regarding a dispensing amount of liquid crystal; a judging unit to compare liquid crystal read by the reading unit and the preset liquid crystal and to judge whether a liquid crystal dispensing is suitable; and a pulse value converting unit to convert a dispensing amount setting value input from the dispensing amount setting unit and a dispensing amount compensating value input from the dispensing amount compensating unit into a pulse value based on the pulse value information stored in the pulse value storing unit and to provide an output to a motor when the judging unit judges that the liquid crystal dispensing is suitable. 18. The system according to claim 1, wherein the first code includes a bar code. 19. The system according to claim 1, further comprising: a second reading unit to read the second code. 20. The system according to claim 19, wherein the substrate information read by the second reading unit is input to the control unit in order to set a dispensing condition of liquid crystal. 21. The system according to claim 19, wherein the second code includes a bar code. 22. The system according to claim 1, wherein the information of the second code included the number of the panel region in the substrate, a cell gap of the liquid crystal display panel, and a display mode of the liquid crystal display panel. 23. A liquid crystal dispensing system, comprising: a liquid crystal material container to contain liquid crystal; a discharge pump including a case, a cylinder, a piston inserted into the cylinder and provided with a groove at a lower portion thereof to draw in and discharge liquid crystal by rotating and moving up-down, and a suction opening and a discharge opening to respectively draw in and discharge liquid crystal as the piston moves; a first motor to drive the discharge pump; a nozzle installed at a lower portion of the discharge pump to dispensing liquid crystal from the discharge pump onto a substrate; and a reading unit to read substrate information recorded in a code formed at the substrate, the substrate information including an area of the panel region and a cell gap of the liquid crystal display panel; a control unit to set a dispensing amount of liquid crystal based on the substrate information read by the reading unit and to control a discharge amount of liquid crystal dispensed onto the substrate, the control unit including a dispensing amount setting unit to set a dispensing amount of liquid crystal to be dropped onto the substrate and a dispensing amount compensating unit to compensate a differential value between a dispensing amount of liquid crystal set by the dispensing amount setting unit and a substantial dispensing amount dispensed onto the substrate. 24. The system according to claim 23, wherein the code includes a bar code. 25. The system according to claim 23, wherein the control unit is connected to the reading unit by one of a wired connection and a wireless connection.
