A method for providing message information to a subscriber in a wireless network in response to the subscriber sending an electronic message to a recipient, the method comprising: receiving via a first network transport bus an electronic message, wherein the first network transport bus communicatively connects a plurality of network elements and utilizes a common messaging format for communication among and between the network elements, wherein the network elements comprise a plurality of adaptive routing concentrators, a plurality of routing and validation entities, a plurality of network databases, and at least one subscriber interface all communicatively connected to the first network transport bus; verifying at least one of an origination address or destination address with at least one routing and validation entity; translating the received electronic message into the common messaging format with at least one adaptive routing concentrator; storing the received electronic message in the common messaging format in at least one network database for access by the subscriber interface; reading a cookie from a browser; modifying the cookie with the message information obtained by the subscriber interface, wherein the message information includes at least one of information related to whether the message was received by the recipient and information related whether the message was read by the recipient; transmitting the modified cookie to the browser; and displaying data to the subscriber based on the message information contained in the cookie. 2. The method of claim 1 wherein modifying the cookie with the message information further comprises: appending at least a portion of the message information to the cookie. 3. The method of claim 1 wherein displaying information to the subscriber based on the message information contained in the cookie further comprises: reading data from the cookie; and displaying data on the browser. 4. A method for providing message information to a subscriber in a wireless network in response to the subscriber sending an electronic message to a recipient, the method comprising: receiving via a first network transport bus an electronic message, wherein the first network transport bus communicatively connects a plurality of network elements and utilizes a common messaging format for communication among and between the network elements, wherein the network elements comrrise a plurality of adaptive routing concentrators, a plurality of routing and validation entities, a plurality of network databases, and at least one subscriber interface all communicatively connected to the first network transport bus; translating at least a rortion of the received electronic message into the common messaging format with at least one adaptive routing concentrator; storing the received electronic message in the common messaging format in at least one network database for access by the subscriber interface; creating with the subscriber interface a cookie with message information appended thereto, wherein the message information includes at least one of information related to whether the message was received by the recipient or information related to whether the message was read by the recipient; writing the cookie to a browser; and displaying message information to the subscriber based on contents of the cookie. 5. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed on a programmed processor, carry out a method for providing message information to a subscriber in a wireless network in response to the subscriber sending an electronic message to a recipient, comprising: instructions for receiving via a first network transport bus an electronic message, wherein the first network transport bus communicatively connects a plurality of network elements and utilizes a common messaging format for communication among and between the network elements, wherein the network elements comrrise a plurality of adaptive routing concentrators, a plurality of routing and validation entities, a plurality of network databases, and at least one subscriber interface all communicatively connected to the first network transport bus; instructions for verifying at least a portion of the message information with at least one routing and validation entity; instructions for translating at least a portion of the received electronic message into the common messaging format with at least one adaptive routing concentrator; instructions for storing the received electronic message in the common messaging format in at least one network database for access by the subscriber interface; instructions for reading a cookie from a browser; instructions for modif in the cookie with the message information obtained by the subscriber interface, wherein the message information includes at least one of information related to whether the message was received by the recipient and information related whether the message was read by the recipient; instructions for transmitting the modified cookie to the browser; and instructions for displaying data to the subscriber based on the message information contained in the cookie. 6. The computer-readable medium of claim 5 wherein the instructions for modifying the cookie with the message information further comprises: instructions for appending at least a portion of the message information to the cookie. 7. The computer-readable medium of claim 5 wherein the instructions for displaying information to the subscriber based on the message information contained in the cookie further comprises: instructions for reading data from the cookie; and instructions for displaying data on the browser. 8. A computer-readable medium storing instructions that, when executed on a programmed processor, carry out a method for providing message information to a subscriber in a wireless network in response to the subscriber sending an electronic message to a recipient, comprising: instructions for receiving via a first network transport bus an electronic message, wherein the first network transport bus communicatively connects a plurality of network elements and utilizes a common messaging format for communication among and between the network elements, wherein the network elements comrrise a plurality of adaptive routing concentrators, a plurality of routing and validation entities, a plurality of network databases, and at least one subscriber interface all communicatively connected to the first network transport bus; instructions for translating at least a portion of the received electronic message into the common messaging format with at least one adaptive routing concentrator; instructions for storing the received electronic message in the common messaging format in at least one network database for access by the subscriber interface; instructions for creating with the subscriber interface a cookie with message information appended thereto, wherein the message information includes at least one of information related to whether the message was received by the recipient and information related whether the message was read by the recipient; instructions for writing the cookie to a browser; and instructions for displaying message information based on contents of the cookie. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein the verifying step occurs before the modifying step. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein the modifying step occurs after the translating step. 11. The method of claim 1 wherein the message information further comprises a plurality of messages, and wherein the method further comprises a compiling step for compiling the plurality of messages, and wherein the modifying step further comprises modifying the cookie with the compiled plurality of messages. 12. The method for claim 11 wherein at least a portion of the plurality of messages include different communications protocols. 13. The computer-readable medium of claim 5 wherein the message information further comprises a plurality of messages, and wherein the computer readable medium further comprises instructions for compiling the plurality of messages, and wherein the instructions for modifying further comprises instructions for modifying the cookie with the compiled plurality of messages. 14. The computer-readable medium of claim 5 wherein at least a portion of the plurality of messages includes different communications protocols.
