Global Positioning System (GPS) and non GPS position finder, emergency, multiple input multiple output (MIMO), multimode, spread spectrum, code division multiple access (CDMA), Global Mobile System or Global System Mobile (GSM) and orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) communication systems. Position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system and a receiver having multiple inputs for reception and demodulation of position finder signals to position finder baseband signals. A processor for processing position finder signals with a signal containing an emergency number. A processors for processing signals to provide cross-correlated shaped in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals, spread spectrum and OFDM baseband signals. A control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals and a selector for providing the selected signal to a modulator. A modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission. A demodulator connected to the emergency receiver for demodulation of the modulation format selectable (MFS) and bit rate agile (BRA) modulated signal with at least one demodulator filter which has a mis-match with the corresponding filter of the modulator.

I claim: 1. A position finder and multiple input multiple output (MIMO) communication system comprising: a receiver having multiple inputs for reception and demodulation of position finder radio frequency (RF) signals from a Global Positioning System (GPS) to GPS position finder baseband signals; a receiver for reception and demodulation of position finder radio frequency (RF) signals from an other than GPS to other than GPS position finder baseband signals; a first processor for processing one or both said position finder baseband signals with a signal containing other than position finder signals; a control unit for control and selection of the first processor processed signals; a selector for providing the selected signals to a modulation format selectable(MFS) and bit rate agile (BRA) modulator; a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission; and a communication receiver for reception and demodulation of the modulated transmitted signal. 2. The system of claim 1, wherein said receiver for reception and demodulation of position finder radio frequency(RF) signals from a Global Positioning System (GPS) comprises multiple antennas for reception of said GPS signals. 3. The system of claim 1, wherein said signal modulator for modulating the selected signal comprises a cross-correlator for cross-correlating said selected signals and for providing cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals to said modulator. 4. The system of claim 1, wherein said receiver for reception and demodulation of position finder radio frequency (RF) signals from an other than GPS comprises a receiver from satellite systems which are not part of the GPS. 5. The system of claim 1, wherein said receiver for reception and demodulation of the modulated transmitted signal comprises a receiver and a demodulator for reception of Global Mobile System (GSM) and of Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) or Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) or Orthogonal Frequency Division (OFD) modulated signal. 6. The system of claim 1, wherein said modulation format selectable (MFS) and bit rate agile (BRA) modulator comprises bit rate selectable filters for bit rate agile operation. 7. The system of claim 1, wherein said signal containing other than position finder signals contains one or more of the following signals: spread spectrum signals or TDMA signals or signals representing emergency numbers, or cross-correlated shaped signals, or filtered signals. 8. A position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: a receiver having multiple inputs and a processor for receiving and processing multiple signals received from multiple locations and for generating from said received signals a processed position finder signal; a processor for processing said processed position finder signal with a signal containing a processed emergency number; a processor and a transmit baseband filter for processing and filtering an input signal and for providing processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband filtered signals, wherein said cross-correlated shaped in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals are signals used in gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) systems; a processor for receiving an input signal and for providing processed spread spectrum baseband signal; a processor for processing the processed position finder signal jointly with signal containing a processed emergency number processed with cross-correlated signals or with processed spread spectrum signal or with both processed cross-correlated signals and processed spread spectrum signal; a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; a selector for providing the selected signal to a modulator; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission. 9. The system of claim 8, further comprising a receiver and demodulator for receiving and demodulating a modulated signal, wherein said receiver comprises a demodulator for demodulation of a modulated processed emergency number signal. 10. The system of claim 8, further comprising a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal, wherein said demodulator demodulates modulated signal with at least one receive filter which has a mis-match with the corresponding transmit baseband filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 11. A position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: a receiver and a demodulator for receiving and demodulating multiple received signals and for generating from said received signals a processed position finder signal; a first processor for processing said position finder signal with a signal representing a emergency phone number; a second processor and transmit baseband filter for processing an input signal and for providing cross-correlated filtered in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals; a third processor for receiving an input signal and for providing spread spectrum baseband signals, wherein said spread spectrum baseband signals are code division multiple access (CDMA) signals; a fourth processor for processing the first processor processed signal jointly with cross-correlated signals or jointly with spread spectrum signals or jointly with both cross-correlated signals and spread spectrum signals; a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; a selector for providing the selected signal to a modulator; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission. 12. The system of claim 11, further comprising a receiver and demodulator for receiving and demodulating a modulated signal, wherein said receiver comprises a demodulator for demodulation of a modulated processed emergency number signal and said demodulator comprises a receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit baseband filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 13. The system of claim 11, further comprising a receiver and demodulator comprising multiple antennas for receiving a modulated transmitted signal. 14. A location finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: p1 a receiver having multiple inputs for receiving multiple signals received from multiple locations and for providing from said received signals a location finder baseband signal; a first processor for processing said location finder baseband signal with a signal containing an emergency number; a second processor and transmit filter for processing and filtering an input signal and for providing cross-correlated filtered in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals; a third processor for receiving an input signal and for providing spread spectrum baseband signal; a fourth processor for processing the first processor processed signal jointly with cross-correlated signals or jointly with spread spectrum signal or jointly with both cross-correlated signals and spread spectrum signal; a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; a selector for providing the selected signal to a transmit filter and a modulator; a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission, wherein said multiple output signal transmitter comprises multiple transmit amplifiers; a receiver for reception and connection of a transmitted signal to a demodulator; and a demodulator and a receive filter for demodulation of a modulation format selectable (MFS) and bit rate agile (BRA) modulated signal with at least one demodulator filter which has a mis-match with said transmit filter. 15. The system of claim 14, further comprising a receiver and demodulator for receiving and demodulating a modulated signal, wherein said receiver comprises a demodulator and a receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit baseband filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 16. The system of claim 14, further comprising a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal, wherein said demodulator demodulates modulated signal with a receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 17. A position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: a receiver for receiving multiple signals and for generating from said received signals a position finder baseband signal; a first processor for processing said position finder baseband signal with a signal containing an emergency phone number; a second processor for processing an input signal and for providing cross-correlated shaped in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals; a third processor for receiving an input signal and for providing spread spectrum baseband signal; a fourth processor for processing the first processor processed signal jointly with cross-correlated signals or jointly with spread spectrum signal; a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission, wherein said multiple output signal transmitter comprises two or more antennas for signal transmission. 18. The system of claim 7, further comprising a receiver and demodulator comprising a first and a second antenna for receiving a modulated transmitted signal, wherein said first antenna is operated in a distinct radio frequency (RF) band from that of the RF band of the second antenna. 19. The system of claim 17, further comprising a transmit baseband filter for filtering of said cross-correlated shaped in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals and a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal, wherein said demodulator demodulates modulated signal with a receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit baseband filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 20. The system of claim 17, wherein said second processor for processing an input signal and for providing cross-correlated shaped in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signals provides cross-correlated processed Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) or Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) baseband signal. 21. The system of claim 17, wherein said spread spectrum baseband signal is a filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signal. 22. A position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: a receiver for receiving multiple signals and for generating from said received signals a position finder signal; a first processor for processing said position finder signal with a signal containing an emergency number; a second processor for processing an input signal and for providing cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband signals, wherein said cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband signals are signals used in gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) system; a third processor for receiving an input signal and for providing orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) baseband signal; a fourth processor for processing the first processor processed signal jointly with OFDM signal or jointly with cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals; p1 a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission. 23. The system of claim 22, further comprising a transmit filter for filtering said cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband signals and a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal, wherein said demodulator demodulates modulated signal with said receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit baseband filter and provides filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 24. The system of claim 22, wherein said third processor for receiving an input signal and for providing orthogonal frequency division multiplex (OFDM) baseband signal provides cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 25. A position finder and emergency communication multiple input multiple output (MIMO) system comprising: a receiver for reception and demodulation of multiple signals and for generating from said received demodulated signals a position finder baseband signal; a first processor for processing said position finder baseband signal with an emergency number; a second processor for processing input signal and for providing cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband signals; a third processor for receiving input signal and for providing orthogonal frequency division baseband signal; a fourth processor for processing the first processor processed signals jointly with orthogonal frequency division signal or jointly with cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals; a control unit for control and selection of one of the jointly processed signals; a selector for providing the selected signal to a modulator; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a multiple output signal transmitter for signal transmission, wherein said multiple output signal transmitter comprises a first transmit amplifier operated in a linearly amplified or linearized mode and a second transmit amplifier operated in a non-linearly amplified (NLA) or saturated amplification mode. 26. The system of claim 25, wherein said an emergency number is 911. 27. The system of claim 25, further comprising a transmit baseband filter for filtering said cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase shaped baseband signals and comprising a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal, wherein said demodulator demodulates modulated signal with at least one receive filter which has a mis-match with said transmit baseband filter and provides a filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 28. A position finder and communication system comprising: a receiver and a processor for receiving and processing multiple signals received from multiple locations and for generating from said received signals a processed position finder signal; a processor for processing said processed position finder signal with an emergency number; a processor and a transmit filter for processing and filtering an input signal and for providing processed filtered signal, wherein said filtered signal is a gaussian filtered signal; a processor for receiving input an signal and for providing processed Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal; a processor for processing processed position finder signal with emergency number and gaussian filtered signal or with processed TDMA signal; and a signal modulator for modulating the selected signal and for connecting the modulated signal to a signal transmitter for signal transmission, wherein said signal modulator is a non-quadrature modulator. 29. The system of claim 28, wherein said transmitter for transmission comprises a first transmit amplifier operated in a linearly amplified or linearized mode and a second transmit amplifier operated in a non-linearly amplified (NLA) or saturated amplification mode, wherein said first and second amplifiers are operated in distinct radio frequency (RF) bands. 30. The system of claim 28, further comprising a receiver, demodulator and receive filter for receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal and for providing filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 31. The system of claim 28, wherein said gaussian filtered signal comprises cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 32. A method for position finding and modulating, comprising: (i) receiving and processing received signals and generating from said received signals a processed position finder signal; (ii) processing said processed position finder signal with a signal containing an emergency phone number; (iii) processing and filtering an input signal and for providing processed filtered signal, wherein said filtered signal is a gaussian filtered signal used in gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) non-quadrature modulated non-linearly amplified system; (iv) receiving an input signal and for providing processed Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) baseband signal, wherein said TDMA signal is used in a non-quadrature modulated linearly amplified system; (v) processing said processed position finder signal with emergency phone number with gaussian filtered signal or with processed TDMA signal; and (vi) non-quadrature modulating the selected signal and connecting the modulated signal for signal transmission. 33. The system of claim 32, wherein said non-quadrature modulating the selected signal and connecting the modulated signal for signal transmission is provided for linear amplified amplification and for non-linear amplified (NLA) amplification wherein said linear amplification is preformed in a distinct band than said non-linear amplification. 34. The system of claim 32, wherein said gaussian filtered signal is further processed into cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 35. A location finder and communication system for: receiving and processing multiple received signals received from multiple locations and generating from said received signals a processed location finder signal; processing said processed location finder signal with a signal representing an emergency phone number; receiving, processing and filtering an input signal and providing processed Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) filtered signal, wherein said filtered signal is a gaussian filtered baseband signal used in gaussian minimum shift keying (GMSK) modulated system; receiving and processing an input signal and for providing processed Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplex (OFDM) or Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) baseband signal; processing said processed location finder signal with said signal representing emergency phone number with processed TDMA filtered signal or with processed OFDM or OFDMA baseband signal; and modulating the TDMA filtered signal or the OFDM or OFDMA baseband signal and connecting the modulated signal for signal transmission in a multiple transmitter system. 36. The system of claim 35, wherein said TDMA filtered signal is further processed into cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 37. The system of claim 35, wherein said OFDM baseband signal is further processed into cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 38. A method for position finding and signal transmission, comprising: (i) receiving and processing a received Global Positioning System (GPS) signal and generating from said received signal a first processed GPS position finder signal; (ii) receiving and processing a received other than GPS signal and generating from said received signal a second processed other than GPS position finder signal; (iii) processing the first or the second processed position finder baseband signal with a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal, wherein said TDMA signal processing contains processing for providing cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals; and (iv) providing the processed position finder signal with the TDMA signal for bit rate agile (BRA) modulation format selectable (MFS) modulation and signal transmission. 39. A method for position finding and signal transmission, comprising: (i) receiving and processing a received Global Positioning System (GPS) signal and generating from said received signal a first processed GPS position finder signal; (ii) receiving and processing a received other than GPS signal and generating from said received signal a second processed other than GPS position finder signal; (iii) processing the first or the second processed position finder baseband signal with a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal; (iv) providing the processed position finder signal with the TDMA signal for bit rate agile (BRA) modulation format selectable (MFS) modulation and signal transmission; and (v) receiving demodulating and filtering a modulated signal and providing demodulated filtered cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase signals. 40. A method for position finding and signal transmission, comprising: (i) receiving and processing a received Global Positioning System (GPS) signal and generating from said received signal a first processed GPS position finder signal; (ii) receiving and processing a received other than GPS signal and generating from said received signal a second processed other than GPS position finder signal; (iii) processing the first or the second processed position finder baseband signal with a Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal; (iv) providing the processed position finder signal with the TDMA signal for bit rate agile (BRA) modulation format selectable (MFS) modulation and signal transmission; and (v) providing said processed position finder TDMA modulated signal for linear amplified amplification and for non-linear amplified (NLA) amplification wherein said linear amplification is performed in a distinct band than said non-linear amplification.
