This invention, as a unit, is a training adjustable combination sight, primarily intended to be mounted on a vehicle of smaller vessel for close-in defence of these against air and ground attacks. In its entirety, aside from the required sight sensors (16-18) situated in an intentionally elevatable sensor housing (4), the combination sight entails a weapon (8) that is controlled by the sensors. The sight sensors (16-18) included in the combination sight can also be utilized for fire control of exterior weapons located elsewhere as well as for gathering purely surveillance data.

The invention claimed is: 1. A combination sight for a machine-controlled sight-weapon combination, said combination sight comprising: a training-adjustable base-module containing at least a sight training motor, control electronics and an elevation motor; at least one pair of vertically-protruding
The invention claimed is: 1. A combination sight for a machine-controlled sight-weapon combination, said combination sight comprising: a training-adjustable base-module containing at least a sight training motor, control electronics and an elevation motor; at least one pair of vertically-protruding, mutually opposed consoles or lifting arms upon said base module; a weapon and a sensor housing containing sight sensors controlling said weapon; and wherein at least one of said sensor housing and said weapon is installed between said consoles or lifting arms and relative to a vehicle or vessel for which the sight-weapon combination is intended; the combination sight further comprising the surveillance and weapon control intended, training-adjustable and elevatable machine-controlled sight sensors, wherein the combination sight is of modular design above an inherent component base module that is training-adjustable in relation to the vehicle, vessel or equivalent thereof bearing the sight module, containing a training motor and other components common to the combination sight and where said base module is designed with fixture points for two mutually opposed and vertically protruding, from the base module, consoles or lifting arms, between which the sensor containing sensor housing is suspended in elevation from a horizontal axle and wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms have free ends from the base module that are extendable with two similarly vertical weapon consoles or lifting arms between which a weapon, that is controlled in parallel by the sensors located in the sensor housing, is installed. 2. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein the sensor housing supported by the vertically protruding consoles or lifting arms and the suspended sensor housing can be entirely replaced with weapon consoles or lifting arms and a weapon can be suspended in elevation between them while weapon fire control may come from another sight. 3. The combination sight in as defined in claim 2, wherein said vertical lifting arms provide space and the required transmission means for the necessary command and control connections between the different moving parts of the combination sight, where said transference means are so designed that they always function regardless of which or how many of the vertical consoles or lifting arms are installed. 4. The combination sight as defined in claim 2, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms also provide circulation channels for cooling air around the sensors in the sensor housing. 5. The combination sight as defined in claim 2, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms can be extended with intermediary devices for increasing the elevation angles of the elevatable parts without impinging on the function of the sensors or the weapon. 6. The combination sight as defined in claim 2, wherein the weapon is connected to sensors that control fire control and is a heavy machine gun or a mortar. 7. The combination sight as defined in claim 2, wherein the weapon is installed with its magazine connected to the base module so that it always follows the training of the base module. 8. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein said vertical lifting arms provide space and the required transmission means for the necessary command and control connections between the different moving parts of the combination sight, where said transference means are so designed that they always function regardless of which or how many of the vertical consoles or lifting arms are installed. 9. The combination sight as defined in claim 8, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms also provide circulation channels for cooling air around the sensors in the sensor housing. 10. The combination sight as defined in claim 8, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms can be extended with intermediary devices for increasing the elevation angles of the elevatable parts without impinging on the function of the sensors or the weapon. 11. The combination sight as defined in claim 8, wherein a weapon is connected to sensors that control fire control and is a heavy machine gun or a mortar. 12. The combination sight as defined in claim 8, wherein weapon is installed with its magazine connected to the base module so that it always follows the training of the base module. 13. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms also provide circulation channels for cooling air around the sensors in the sensor housing. 14. The combination sight as defined in claim 13, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms can be extended with intermediary devices for increasing the elevation angles of the elevatable parts without impinging on the function of the sensors or the weapon. 15. The combination sight as defined in claim 13, wherein a weapon is connected to sensors that control fire control and is a heavy machine gun or a mortar. 16. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein the vertical consoles or lifting arms can be extended with intermediary devices for increasing the elevation angles of the elevatable parts without impinging on the function of the sensors or a weapon. 17. The combination sight as defined in claim 16, wherein the weapon is connected to sensors that control fire control and is a heavy machine gun or a mortar. 18. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein a weapon is connected to sensors that control fire control and is a heavy machine gun or a mortar. 19. The combination sight as defined in claim 1, wherein a weapon is installed with its magazine connected to the base module so that it always follows the training of the base module.
