A control method for a projection-type display apparatus, comprising: emitting light from solid-state light sources included in a solid-state light source array; selectively controlling an emitting direction of light incident from the solid-state light source array by a mirror device to thereby subject the incident light to temporal modulation; projecting the modulated light; and emitting lights of different colors from solid-state light sources of the solid-state light source array. 2. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising turning on the solid-state light source for each of the color light. 3. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the solid-state light source is turned on for a fixed time. 4. A projection-type display apparatus, comprising: a solid-state light source array that includes solid-state light sources emitting light; a mirror device that selectively controls an emitting direction of the light incident from the solid-state light source array to thereby subject the incident light to temporal modulation; and a projecting device that projects the modulated light, wherein the solid-state light source array including a first solid-state light source emitting a first color light and a second solid-state light source emitting a second color light. 5. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the solid-state light source is configured to be turned on for each of the color light. 6. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 5, wherein the solid-state light source is configured to be turned on for a fixed time. 7. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 4, the projection-type display apparatus further comprising a color separating device that separates the light emitted from the solid-state light source array. 8. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the solid-state light source array emits a white light. 9. A control method for a projection-type display apparatus, comprising: emitting light from solid-state light sources included in a solid-state light source array; selectively controlling an emitting direction of light incident from the solid-state light source array by a mirror device to thereby subject the incident light to temporal modulation; and projecting the modulated light, wherein the emitting light includes emitting a first color light from a first solid-state light source of the solid-state light source array and emitting a second color light from a second solid-state light source of the solid-state light source array. 10. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising turning on the solid-state light source for each of the color light. 11. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the solid-state light source is turned on for a fixed time. 12. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 9, further comprising separating the light emitted from the solid-state light source array with a color separating device. 13. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 12, wherein the solid-state light source array emits a white light. 14. The control method for a projection-type display apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the emitting light includes turning on the first solid-state light source, turning off the first solid-state light source, turning on the second solid-state light source, and turning off the second solid-state light source. 15. A projection-type display apparatus, comprising: a solid-state light source array that includes solid-state light sources emitting lights of different colors, a mirror device that includes micro-mirrors arranged in a matrix shape and controls an emitting direction of the light incident from the solid-state light source array to thereby subject the incident light to temporal modulation; and a projecting device that projects the modulated light. 16. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 15, the projection-type display apparatus including a measuring device that measures an intensity of emitted light from the mirror device and calculates a correction coefficient to correct the intensity of emitted light to a predetermined intensity on the basis of the intensity of the emitted light measured by the measuring device, and the mirror device being driven on the basis of the correction coefficient. 17. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 16, a correction coefficient being calculated for each of the micro-mirrors, and the mirror device being driven for each of the micro-mirrors on the basis of the correction coefficient. 18. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 15, further comprising a color separation device configured to separate the light emitted from the solid-state light source array. 19. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 18, the solid-state light source array emitting a white light. 20. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 15, further comprising an integrator lens making an illuminance distribution of the respective color lights emitted from the solid-state light source array. 21. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 15, wherein the solid-state light source is configured to be turned on for each of the color light. 22. The projection-type display apparatus according to claim 21, wherein the solid-state light source is turned on for a fixed time. 23. A projection-type display apparatus, comprising: a solid-state light source array that includes solid-state light sources that emit light, the solid-state light source array including a first solid-state light source that emits a first color light and a second solid-state light source that emits a second color light, a mirror device that includes micro-mirrors arranged in a matrix shape and controls an emitting direction of the light incident from the solid-state light source array to thereby subject the incident light to temporal modulation; and a projecting device that projects the modulated light.
