A mission adaptable multi-purpose, collapsible portable cart/utility table, for use in emergency response and disaster situations, camping, hunting and other outdoors activities, which carries medical rescue carts, canoes, small boats, game, or hauled cargo by hand. It transports one or more cargo bins over long, rough terrain and each bin can include one or more cabinet drawers therein, wherein upon tilting of a cargo bin from a horizontal transport position to a substantially vertical position the cargo bin serves as a supply cabinet. Each bin is openable to expose the supply drawers for use.

I claim: 1. A movable support collapsible for storage and transport and expandable for use in carrying a load, comprising: a modular load support member comprising at least one axle carrying strut extending downward therefrom; said axle carrying struts each comprising a lower end with an axle mount

I claim: 1. A movable support collapsible for storage and transport and expandable for use in carrying a load, comprising: a modular load support member comprising at least one axle carrying strut extending downward therefrom; said axle carrying struts each comprising a lower end with an axle mounting means at said lower end, at least one axle extending through each said vertical strut; each said axle having at least one vehicle movement actuator of a pair of vehicle movement actuators attached at opposite sides of said cart; a carrier attachable to said load support member, wherein when said carrier supports a load thereupon; said load being a bin having a bottom-facing surface having a pair of open channels, each said open channel mating with respective load support member of said pair of load support members; said bin having at least one slidable drawer openable upon pivoting of said bin from a horizontal transport position to a substantially vertical cabinet supply position; wherein each said axle carrying strut supports at least one truss having a respective handle rail extending therethrough, each said handle rail having a handle at a proximal end thereof, a carrier attachable to said load support member, wherein when said carrier supports a load thereupon, further comprising at least one cargo bin removably connected to said load support member, wherein said at least one cargo bin is removably connected to said load support member, wherein further said cargo bin includes at least one slidable cabinet drawer openable upon pivoting of said bin from a horizontal transport position to a substantially vertical cabinet supply position; said cabinet drawer restraint comprises a removable sheet panel engagable with an open planar side face of said at least one cargo bin, wherein, upon removal of said restraint said at least one cabinet drawer is permitted to move slidably therethrough, exposing contents contained in said at least one cabinet drawer. 2. A movable support, collapsible for storage and transport and able to be assembled and dis-assembled for use in carrying a load in a movable or fixed orientation, comprising: a modular load support member comprising at least one axle carrying strut extending downward therefrom, said at least one axle carrying strut each having a lower end with an axle mounting means at said lower end, at least one axle extending through each said vertical strut, each said axle having at least one vehicle movement actuator of a pair of vehicle movement actuators attached at opposite sides of said cart; spring pin locking mechanism, a transverse member and a hitch for attachment to a vehicle. 3. The movable support as in claim 2 wherein said open planar side face of said at least one cargo bin is covered by an adjacent bin portion. 4. The movable support as in claim 2, wherein, said at least one cargo bin comprises a top shell having a top outer surface and an opposing inner surface; a bottom shell having a bottom outer surface and an opposing bottom inner surface; said bottom shell having longitudinal shoulders fitted with extending concave channels which rest upon said load support members. 5. The movable support as in claim 4 wherein said load support members are rails having convex edges mating with said concave channels of said longitudinal shoulders of said bottom shell. 6. The movable support as in claim 5 herein said bin extends below said longitudinal support members, giving said movable support a low center of gravity. 7. The movable support as in claim 4, wherein, said top shell of at least one cargo bin has a top outer surface and an opposing top inner surface; said bottom shell of said at least one cargo bin has a bottom outer surface and an opposing bottom inner surface; and, said top outer surface comprises a boss arrangement and said bottom outer surface comprises a recess arrangement corresponding with said boss arrangement for aligning a plurality of said cargo bins to be vertically stacked. 8. The movable support as in claim 4, wherein said top inside surface and said bottom inside surface of said at least one cargo bin comprise a foam lining for limiting the movement of contents within said cargo bins. 9. The movable support as in claim 4, wherein said bottom shell further comprises at least one removable container. 10. The movable support as in claim 4, further comprising a trailer hitch. 11. The movable support as in claim 10, wherein said trailer hitch comprises a pair of horizontally extending connecting bars, each with a wherein said bin has a distal end and a proximal end adjacent to said proximal end of said handle, said bin being pivotable about said distal end thereof upon user pivoting of said respective proximal handles upward; wherein, said bin being pivotable to said substantially vertical cabinet supply position, said bin resting upon said distal end and exposing said at least one slidable drawer to a substantially horizontal openable position of use. 12. The movable support as in claim 4, comprising at least one latch for removably connecting said top shell to said bottom shell, said at least one latch being optionally lockable. 13. The movable support as in claim 2, wherein at least one slidable cabinet drawer is anchored to and within said top shell of said cargo bin. 14. The movable support as in claim 2, further comprising at least one strap for securing said at least one bin to said cart. 15. A movable support collapsible for storage and transport and expandable for use in carrying a load, comprising: a modular load support member comprising at least one axle carrying strut extending downward therefrom; said axle carrying struts each comprising a lower end with an axle mounting means at said lower end, at least one axle extending through each said vertical strut; each said axle having at least one vehicle movement actuator of a pair of vehicle movement actuators attached at opposite sides of said cart; a carrier attachable to said load support member, wherein when said carrier supports a load thereupon; said load being a bin having a bottom-facing surface having a pair of open channels, each said open channel mating with respective load support member of said pair of load support members; said bin having at least one slidable drawer openable upon pivoting of said bin from a horizontal transport position to a substantially vertical cabinet supply position; wherein each said axle carrying strut supports at least one truss having a respective handle rail extending therethrough, each said handle rail having a handle at a proximal end thereof; wherein said bin has a distal end and a proximal end adjacent to said proximal end of said handle, said bin being pivotable about said distal end thereof upon user pivoting of said respective proximal handles upward; and wherein, said bin being pivotable to said substantially vertical cabinet supply position, said bin resting upon said distal end and exposing said at least one slidable drawer to a substantially horizontal openable position of use. 16. The movable support as in claim 15, wherein, said at least one cargo bin comprises a top shell having a top outer surface and an opposing inner surface; a bottom shell having a bottom outer surface and an opposing bottom inner surface; said bottom shell having longitudinal shoulders fitted with extending concave channels which rest upon said load support members. 17. The movable support as in claim 16, wherein, said top shell of at least one cargo bin has a top outer surface and an opposing top inner surface; said bottom shell of said at least one cargo bin has a bottom outer surface and an opposing bottom inner surface; and, said top outer surface comprises a boss arrangement and said bottom outer surface comprises a recess arrangement corresponding with said boss arrangement for aligning a plurality of said cargo bins to be vertically stacked. 18. The movable support as in claim 17, comprising at least one latch for removably connecting said top shell to said bottom shell, said at least one latch being optionally lockable. 19. The movable support as in claim 16, wherein said top inside surface and said bottom inside surface of said at least one cargo bin comprise a foam lining for limiting the movement of contents within said cargo bins. 20. The movable support as in claim 16, wherein said bottom shell further comprises at least one removable container. 21. The movable support as in claim 16, further comprising a trailer hitch. 22. The movable support as in claim 21, wherein said trailer hitch comprises a pair of horizontally extending connecting bars, each with a spring pin locking mechanism, a transverse member and a hitch for attachment to a vehicle. 23. The movable support as in claim 15, wherein at least one slidable cabinet drawer is anchored to and within said top shell of said cargo bin. 24. The movable support as in claim 15, further comprising at least one strap for securing said at least one bin to said cart. 25. The movable support as in claim 15, each said handle being rotatable along a longitudinal axis of said handle and locking into an upright position for hauling said cart. 26. The movable support as in claim 15, wherein said handle rail supports a kickstand.
