Consistency of motion is monitored over a period of time while a person is exercising on an exercise machine that impacts one or more muscles and/or muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system of the person. A measure of fatigue of the one or more muscles and/or muscle groups for the period of time is calculated. An evaluation of the exercise session is provided, based at least in part on the measure of fatigue and the monitored consistency.

A method for providing exercise feedback, the method comprising: monitoring consistency of motion over a period of time while a person is exercising on an exercise machine that impacts one or more muscles and/or muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system of the person; calcu

A method for providing exercise feedback, the method comprising: monitoring consistency of motion over a period of time while a person is exercising on an exercise machine that impacts one or more muscles and/or muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system of the person; calculating a measure of fatigue of the one or more muscles and/or muscle groups for the period of time; and providing an evaluation of the exercise session based, at least in part, on the measure of fatigue and the monitored consistency, wherein monitoring the consistency of motion comprises: considering a range of the motion relative to an individual range of motion for the person on the exercise machine. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising: proposing changes to an exercise plan of the person based on the evaluation. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein monitoring the consistency of motion comprises: collecting data relating to each individual stroke of the motion. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the evaluation comprises that the person is not making a sufficient effort. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the evaluation comprises that the person is making a sufficient effort. 6. A non-transitory computer-readable medium including statements and instructions which, when executed by a computer, result in: monitoring consistency of motion over a period of time while a person is exercising on an exercise machine that impacts one or more muscles and/or muscle groups of the musculoskeletal system of the person; calculating a measure of fatigue of the one or more muscles and/or muscle groups for the period of time; and providing an evaluation of the exercise session based, at least in part, on the measure of fatigue and the monitored consistency, wherein monitoring the consistency of motion comprises: considering a range of the motion relative to an individual range of motion for the person on the exercise machine. 7. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 6, further resulting in: proposing changes to an exercise plan of the person based on the evaluation. 8. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 6, wherein monitoring the consistency of motion comprises: collecting data relating to each individual stroke of the motion. 9. The non-transitory computer-readable medium of claim 6, wherein the evaluation comprises that the person is not making a sufficient effort. 10.
