1. A method for molding a resin, comprising: preparing a storage container containing a carbon dioxide in a gas-liquid mixed state, which includes a carbon dioxide gas and a liquid carbon dioxide, a functional material being dissolved in the liquid carbon dioxide, introducing the liquid carbon dioxide in which the functional material is dissolved from the storage container to the resin in a melted state so as to impregnate the functional material into the resin the melted state. 2. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the functional material is metallic fine particles. 3. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the functional material is one of a hydrophilic material and a hydrophobic material. 4. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the functional material is inorganic fine particles. 5. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the functional material is a surfactant. 6. The method for molding the resin according to claim 3, wherein the hydrophobic material includes at least one of a silicone oil and a fluorine-based material. 7. The method for molding the resin according to claim 2, wherein the metallic fine particles are formed of at least one of a metal complex and a metal oxide. 8. The method for molding the resin according to claim 4, wherein the inorganic fine particles are formed of at least one of precursors of SiO2, Al2O3, Cr2O3 and TiO2. 9. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein a pressure in the storage container is not less than 3 Mpa and not more than 15 Mpa. 10. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein a state of the resin is controlled so that the liquid carbon dioxide is changed into one of carbon dioxide in a supercritical state and high pressure carbon dioxide gas when the liquid carbon dioxide is introduced to the resin. 11. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the method is a method for molding a thermoplastic resin using an injection molding machine provided with a plasticizing cylinder which injects a melted resin into a mold, the method for molding the thermoplastic resin comprising: introducing the liquid carbon dioxide, in which the functional material is dissolved, into the plasticizing cylinder to bring the liquid carbon dioxide into contact with the melted resin in plasticizing cylinder to thereby to change the liquid carbon dioxide into carbon dioxide in a supercritical state and to impregnate functional material into the melted resin; andinjecting the melted resin in the plasticizing cylinder into the mold to fill the mold therewith. 12. The method for molding the resin according to claim 10, wherein the method is a method for molding a thermoplastic resin using an injection molding machine provided with plasticizing cylinder which injects a melted resin into a mold, the method for molding the thermoplastic resin comprising: introducing the liquid carbon dioxide, in which the functional material is dissolved, into the plasticizing cylinder to bring the liquid carbon dioxide into contact with the melted resin in the plasticizing cylinder to thereby change the liquid carbon dioxide into carbon dioxide in a supercritical state and to impregnate the functional material into the melted resin; andinjecting the melted resin in the plasticizing cylinder into the mold to fill the mold therewith. 13. The method for molding the resin according to claim 1, wherein the method is a method for molding a thermoplastic resin using an extrusion molding machine, the method for molding the thermoplastic resin comprising: bringing the liquid carbon dioxide, in which the functional material is dissolved, into contact with the thermoplastic resin which is in a melted state or a softened state in the extrusion molding machine to thereby impregnate the functional material into the thermoplastic resin; andperforming extrusion molding for the thermoplastic resin into which the functional material is impregnated. 14. The method for molding the resin according to claim 10, wherein the method is a method for molding a thermoplastic resin using an extrusion molding machine, the method for molding the thermoplastic resin comprising: bringing the liquid carbon dioxide, in which the functional material is dissolved, into contact with the thermoplastic resin which is in a melted state or a softened state in the extrusion molding machine to thereby impregnate the functional material into the thermoplastic resin; andperforming extrusion molding for the thermoplastic resin into which the functional material is impregnated. 15. A method for forming a plating film, comprising: molding a molded article including metallic fine particles impregnated into a surface of the molded article by using the method for forming the resin as defined in claim 2; andforming the plating film by an electroless plating method on the surface of the molded article into which the metallic fine particles are impregnated.
