A method comprising steps of: processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular phone, into a first processed video signal for transmission of said processed video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) device or to a receiver of a mobile device, wherein said TV device is a different device than said phone and said mobile device is a different device than said phone and receiving said transmitted first video signal in said receiver of said TV device or in said receiver of said mobile device;processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV device or said mobile device, wherein said control signal is generated in said phone and receiving said transmitted remote control signal in said receiver of said TV device or in said receiver of said mobile device;receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said phone, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to an interface unit of said phone for use by a user of said phone, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system;receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal or a other signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;processing a photo camera generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct system from said Wi-Fi network; andreceiving, demodulating and processing signals, from other than GPS satellite systems and for processing said received signals from said other than GPS satellites to a demodulated and processed location finding signal and comprising step of connecting by a wire said first processed video signal to said mobile device or to said television (TV) device and said first processed video signal for transmission of said processed video signal is transmitted by a quadrature modulator for processing said first video signal into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) baseband signal, wherein said cross-correlated TDMA in-phase and quadrature-phase signal is characterized by whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and further comprising a processor for processing a signal into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated signal. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising steps of transmitting and receiving said first and second video signal in a Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) wireless system and of receiving, demodulating and processing a location finder signal, received from a non UPS satellite system and for processing satellite signals, received signals from said non UPS satellite to demodulated and processed location finding signal and steps of processing and modulating said first video signal in a non-quadrature modulator. 3. A system comprising: a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular phone, into a first processed and modulated video signal for transmission of said processed and modulated video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) device or to a receiver of a mobile device, wherein said TV device is a different device than said phone and said mobile device is a different device than said phone;a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV device or said mobile device, wherein said control signal is generated in said phone;a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said phone, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to an interface unit of said phone, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system;a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;a processor for processing a photo camera, generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct system from said Wi-Fi network; anda wired connection from said phone to said TV device or said mobile device for providing said first video signal by a wired connection to said TV device or said mobile device and said modulating and transmitting said first video signal comprises a processor and a quadrature modulator for processing said first video signal into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) baseband signal, wherein said cross-correlated TDMA in-phase and quadrature-phase signal is characterized by whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and further comprising a processor for processing a signal into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated signal. 4. A system comprising: a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular phone, into a first processed and modulated video signal for transmission of said processed and modulated video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) device or to a receiver of a mobile device, wherein said TV device is a different device than said phone and said mobile device is a different device than said phone;a processor, a modulator and a transmitter for processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV device or said mobile device, wherein said control signal is generated in said phone;a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said phone, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to a interface unit of said phone, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system;a receiver, a demodulator and a processor for receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;a processor for processing a photo camera, generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct system from said Wi-Fi network; anda quadrature and non-quadrature processor and a quadrature modulator and a polar modulator for quadrature processing said first video signal into cross-correlated quadrature baseband processed in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband CDMA signal and providing said processed cross-correlated CDMA signal to a quadrature modulator for quadrature modulation and said non-quadrature processor for non-quadrature processing of a voice signal into a non-quadrature processed Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) signal and providing said non-quadrature processed voice TDMA signal to a polar modulator for non-quadrature modulation of said non-quadrature processed voice signal, wherein said receiver of said TV device comprises a quadrature demodulator for quadrature demodulation of said non-quadrature modulated voice TDMA signal and said quadrature demodulator provides cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase demodulated baseband signal to an interface unit of said TV device. 5. A method comprising steps of: receiving, demodulating and processing in a receiver, a demodulator and a processor of a television (TV) device a first received video signal into a demodulated processed first video signal and providing said first processed video signal to a modulator and transmitter for modulation and transmission of said first processed video signal to a cellular phone or to a mobile device, wherein said processed first video signal is a processed Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexed (OFDM) signal and said processed OFDM signal is OFDM quadrature modulated and transmitted in said modulator and said transmitter, wherein said modulator is a quadrature modulator and said modulator and said transmitter is within said TV device;receiving, demodulating and processing in a receiver, demodulator and a processor of said phone or of said mobile device said transmitted OFDM signal into a demodulated processed OFDM signal and providing said demodulated processed OFDM signal to an interface unit and user of said phone or said mobile device for viewing of said demodulated processed OFDM signal by a user of said phone or said mobile device, wherein said phone is distinct from said mobile device and from said TV device;generating, processing, modulating and transmitting in said phone or in said mobile device a second video signal into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) video baseband signal, quadrature modulating said cross-correlated signal in a CDMA modulator into a quadrature modulated CDMA signal and transmitting said quadrature modulated CDMA signal in a CDMA transmitter in a cellular system;receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone or said mobile device a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;processing a photo camera generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone or said mobile device, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined CDMA signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to said CDMA modulator and said CDMA transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system; andreceiving, demodulating and processing signals, from other than GPS satellite systems and for processing said signals, received signals from other than GPS satellites to a demodulated and processed location finding signal and comprising step of connecting by a wire said second processed video signal to said TV set and said second processed video signal is processed into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) baseband signal and said cross-correlated TDMA signal is modulated by a quadrature modulator, wherein said cross-correlated TDMA in-phase and quadrature-phase signal is characterized by whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude the quadrature-phase signal has zero value and further comprising a processor for processing a signal into a processed non-quadrature polar modulated signal. 6. A method comprising steps of: processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular phone, into a first processed and modulated video signal for transmission of said processed and modulated video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) device or to a receiver of a mobile device, wherein said TV device is a different device than said phone and said mobile device is a different device than said phone;processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV device or said mobile device, wherein said control signal is generated in said phone;receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said phone, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to an interface unit of said phone, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system;receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;processing a photo camera generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a combined Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct system from said Wi-Fi network; andproviding said first video signal by a wired connection to said TV device or said mobile device and said modulating and transmitting said first video signal comprises a processor and a quadrature modulator for processing said first video signal into a processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase Time Division Multiple Access (TDMA) baseband signal, wherein said cross-correlated TDMA in-phase and quadrature-phase signal is characterized by whenever the in-phase signal has its maximum amplitude the quadrature-phase signal has zero value. 7. The method of claim 6, further comprising steps of processing said photo camera generated data into a processed non-quadrature baseband signal and modulating said processed non-quadrature baseband signal in a polar modulator and processing said photo camera generated data into a spread spectrum signal, wherein said spread spectrum signal is a distinct signal from said CDMA signal. 8. A method comprising steps of: processing, modulating and transmitting a first video signal, generated in a cellular phone, into a first processed and modulated video signal for transmission of said processed and modulated video signal, in a Wi-Fi network, to a receiver of a television (TV) device or to a receiver of a mobile device, wherein said TV device is a different device than said phone and said mobile device is a different device than said phone;processing, modulating and transmitting a control signal for remote control of said TV device or said mobile device, wherein said control signal is generated in said phone;receiving, demodulating and processing a second video modulated signal, in said phone, into a demodulated and processed second video signal and providing said processed second video signal to an interface unit of said phone, wherein said second video modulated signal is received from a cellular system;receiving, demodulating and processing in said phone a Global Positioning System (GPS) satellite generated location finding signal into a demodulated and processed location finding signal;processing a photo camera, generated data, wherein said photo camera is in said phone, into a processed digital signal and combining said processed digital signal with said processed location finding signal into a first Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) combined signal and providing said combined CDMA signal to a modulator and a transmitter, for modulation and transmission in said cellular system, wherein said cellular system is a distinct system from said Wi-Fi network;providing said first video signal by a wired connection to said TV device or said mobile device and said modulating and transmitting said first video signal comprises a processor and a quadrature modulator for processing said first video signal into a second CDMA processed cross-correlated in-phase and quadrature-phase baseband signal, wherein said second CDMA cross-correlated signal is a different signal than said first CDMA signal; andfurther comprising steps of processing said photo camera generated data into a processed non-quadrature baseband signal and modulating said processed non-quadrature baseband signal in a polar modulator and processing said photo camera generated data into a spread spectrum signal, wherein said spread spectrum signal is a distinct signal from said CDMA signal.
