The adjustable bed of claim 1, further comprising a remote memory storage facility adapted to be removably and replaceably connected to an adjustable bed frame controller associated with the adjustable bed frame, wherein the remote memory storage facility includes information relating to at least one operational parameter related to control of the adjustable bed frame and the air purification facility. 5. The adjustable bed of claim 1, further comprising a remote storage location of user preferences, wherein the user preferences represent recall parameters, accessible by a controller, relating to one or more adjustable aspects of the adjustable bed frame and the air purification facility. 6. The adjustable bed of claim 1, further comprising a cell phone adapted to control at least one aspect of the adjustable bed frame and the air purification facility. 7. The adjustable bed of claim 1, further comprising a table of possible positioning locations in a memory, wherein the table contains entries for at least position information and an indicator. 8. A method comprising: providing an adjustable bed frame including one or more articulating portions;providing an air purification facility associated with the adjustable bed frame;using a Bluetooth remote control, controlling at least one adjustable aspect of each of the adjustable bed frame and the air purification facility; andusing a power outlet controller, controlling at least one adjustable aspect of a power outlet associated with the adjustable bed frame. 9. The method of claim 8, further comprising controlling at least one aspect of the adjustable bed frame with a cell phone. 10. The method of claim 8, further comprising controlling at least one aspect of the adjustable bed frame with a modular control device. 11. The method of claim 8, further comprising mounting a vibration motor to at least one section of the adjustable bed frame, wherein the vibration motor is located with individual brackets. 12. The method of claim 8, further comprising storing at least position information and an indicator in a table of possible positioning locations in a memory. 13. A method comprising: providing an adjustable bed frame including one or more articulating portions;controlling at least one parameter of a power outlet associated with the adjustable bed frame with a power outlet controller; andcontrolling at least one adjustable aspect of the adjustable bed frame with an ultra wide band (UWB) remote control. 14. The method of claim 13, further comprising: providing an air inflatable mattress associated with the adjustable bed frame, wherein the air inflatable mattress includes flex regions about which the air inflatable mattress can flex; andregulating air pressure in the air inflatable mattress with an air pump. 15. The method of claim 13, further comprising controlling the at least one adjustable aspect of the adjustable bed frame with a programmable logic controller (PLC) that is associated with the adjustable bed frame. 16. The method of claim 13, further comprising storing information relating to at least one operation parameter related to control of the adjustable bed frame and the power outlet in a remote memory storage facility adapted to be removably and replaceably connected to a controller. 17. The method of claim 13, further comprising storing user preferences in a remote storage location, wherein the user preferences represent recall parameters, accessible by a controller, relating to one or more adjustable aspects of the adjustable bed frame and the power outlet. 18.
