An endwall overhang is provided for a building which may include a wall and a roof frame. The wall may have an inside facing inward to the structure and an outside facing outward from the structure, each of the inside and the outside having an upper region, and the roof frame may include a plurality of roof members. The building may also include at least one support member on the upper region of the outside of the wall, protruding outward from the structure. The building may further include an overhang assembly with at least one roof piece, a trim piece and a lengthwise member, the lengthwise member having at least two orthogonal surfaces. The roof and trim pieces may be coupled with the surfaces of the lengthwise member. The overhang assembly may be coupled with the structure by coupling the roof piece with the support member.

1. A building with an endwall overhang, the building comprising: a structure comprising: an endwall comprising an inside facing inward to the structure and an outside facing outward from the structure, each of the inside and the outside comprising an upper region, the upper region of the outside forming a gable; anda roof frame comprising a plurality of roof members;at least one solid support member coupled with an outside surface of the gable of the outside of the endwall, wherein the support member protrudes outward from the structure and comprises a top support surface;an overhang assembly comprising: a roof piece and a first trim piece, each of the roof piece and the first trim piece comprising a first edge and a second edge; anda lengthwise member comprising a first surface and a second surface, wherein: the first surface and the second surface are substantially orthogonal;the roof piece is coupled flush with the first surface; andthe first trim piece is coupled with the second surface; andwherein the overhang assembly is coupled with the structure without a direct connection between the lengthwise member and the at least one solid support member, the lengthwise member being supported by a cantilever that extends from the support member and comprises the roof piece, leaving a gap between the at least one support member and the lengthwise member, and wherein the overhang assembly being coupled with the structure comprises the roof piece coupled with the top support surface of the support member such that the roof piece is substantially parallel to the top support surface and the second edge of the roof piece substantially overlaps the top support surface. 2. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein at least a portion of the first edge of the first trim piece overlaps at least a portion of the first edge of the roof piece. 3. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein the outside of the endwall comprises siding, and wherein the support member being coupled with the upper region of the outside of the endwall comprises the support member coupled with the siding. 4. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 3, wherein at least a portion of the second edge of the roof piece overlaps at least a portion of the siding. 5. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein at least one of the roof members comprises a length which extends outward from the structure past the wall, and the support member comprises at least a portion of the length. 6. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein: the at least one support member comprises a first support block and a second support block, each support block comprising a top support block surface, wherein the top support block surface of the first support block is substantially coplanar with the top support block surface of the second support block; andthe top support surface comprises at least a portion of the top support block surfaces. 7. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein the roof frame defines a roof plane and the top support surface is substantially parallel to the roof plane. 8. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein: the overhang assembly further comprises a second trim piece comprising a first edge and a second edge;the lengthwise member further comprises a third surface, wherein the third surface of the lengthwise member and the second surface of the lengthwise member are in planes which form a dihedral angle; andthe second trim piece is coupled with the third surface of the lengthwise member. 9. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 8, wherein the dihedral angle between the third surface and the second surface is substantially a right angle. 10. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 8, wherein the second edge of the second trim piece is substantially flush with the outside of the wall. 11. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein the lengthwise member comprises a first lengthwise block and a second lengthwise block, each lengthwise block comprising a lengthwise block surface, wherein the lengthwise block surface of the first lengthwise block is substantially coplanar with the lengthwise block surface of the second lengthwise block; and the first surface of the lengthwise member comprises at least a portion of the lengthwise block surfaces. 12. The building with an endwall overhang of claim 1, wherein: the roof frame comprises an eave, a cross section of the eave defining an eave silhouette;the overhang assembly comprises an eave cap region, wherein at least a portion of the eave cap region is coupled with a side of the eave; andthe first trim piece comprises an eave cap trim region, at least a portion of the eave cap trim region being shaped substantially to match the eave silhouette. 13. A building with an endwall overhang, the building comprising: a structure comprising an endwall;at least one solid support member coupled with an outside surface of the endwall, wherein the support member protrudes outward from the structure and comprises a top support surface;an overhang assembly comprising: a roof piece and a first trim piece, each of the roof piece and the first trim piece comprising a first edge and a second edge; anda lengthwise member comprising a first surface and a second surface, wherein: the first surface and the second surface are substantially orthogonal;the roof piece is coupled with the first surface; andthe first trim piece is coupled with the second surface; andwherein the overhang assembly is coupled with the structure, and wherein the overhang assembly being coupled with the structure comprises the roof piece coupled with the top support surface of the support member such that the first surface of the lengthwise member is substantially parallel with the top support surface and the second edge of the roof piece substantially overlaps the top support surface. 14. A building with an endwall overhang, the building comprising: a structure comprising an endwall;at least one solid support member coupled with an outside surface of the endwall, wherein the support member protrudes outward from the structure and comprises a top support surface;an overhang assembly comprising: a roof piece and a first trim piece, each of the roof piece and the first trim piece comprising a first edge and a second edge; anda lengthwise member comprising a first surface and a second surface, wherein: the first surface and the second surface are substantially orthogonal;the roof piece is coupled with the first surface; andthe first trim piece is coupled with the second surface; andwherein the overhang assembly is coupled with the structure, and wherein the overhang assembly being coupled with the structure comprises the roof piece coupled with the top support surface of the support member such that the first surface of the lengthwise member is substantially coplanar with the top support surface and the second edge of the roof piece substantially overlaps the top support surface.
