A method comprising: receiving from at least one sensor of at least one blood vessel sleeve blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel;determining at least one irregularity at least partly by identifying at least one change over time in the blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel; andsignaling, in response to determining the at least one irregularity, at least one actuation mechanism of the at least one blood vessel sleeve to release at least one therapeutic agent from at least one reservoir associated with the at least one blood vessel sleeve. 20. Non-transitory computer readable media bearing one or more instructions for facilitating operations comprising: receiving from at least one sensor of at least one blood vessel sleeve blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel;determining at least one irregularity at least partly by identifying at least one change over time in the blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel; andsignaling, in response to determining the at least one irregularity, at least one actuation mechanism of the at least one blood vessel sleeve to release at least one therapeutic agent from at least one reservoir associated with the at least one blood vessel sleeve. 21. A system comprising: means for receiving from at least one sensor of at least one blood vessel sleeve blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel;means for determining at least one irregularity at least partly by identifying at least one change over time in the blood flow data associated with at least one blood vessel; andmeans for signaling, in response to determining the at least one irregularity, at least one actuation mechanism of the at least one blood vessel sleeve to release at least one therapeutic agent from at least one reservoir associated with the at least one blood vessel sleeve.
