The computer server in claim 1, wherein the processor determines the particular geographic area for relevant information from the input to the communication device and at least one of the information request, a cookie, and a file read by a browser. 3. The computer server in claim 1, wherein the advertiser information concerns at least one of mortgage company advertiser information, title company advertiser information, home insurance advertiser information, real estate agent advertiser information, real estate brokers advertiser information, real estate company advertiser information, and home improvement advertiser information. 4. The computer server in claim 7, wherein the processor determines the particular geographic area for relevant information from the input to the communication device and at least one of the information request, a cookie, and a file read by a browser. 9.
