A storage panel assembly for a vehicle comprising: a panel having louvered exterior and internal surfaces, the panel including a holding pin formed on the internal surface of the panel, the holding pin includes a plurality of walls having a base attached to the internal louvered surface, the walls extending away from the base;a vent structure formed on a portion of the panel;at least one lug nut retention assembly formed on the portion of the panel including the vent structure wherein the exterior louvered surface of the panel remains unblemished. 2. The storage panel assembly of claim 1 wherein the lug nut retention assembly includes a pair of opposing offset clips formed on the internal surface of the panel. 3. The storage panel assembly of claim 2 wherein the opposing clips include at least one wall having a base attached to the louvered internal surface of the panel and extending away from the base. 4. The storage panel assembly of claim 3 wherein the at least one wall includes an arcuate surface formed on one side of the wall. 5. The storage panel assembly of claim 4 wherein the arcuate surfaces of the first and second clips are opposing and offset relative to each other. 6. The storage panel assembly of claim 1 wherein the plurality of walls include four connected walls connected at a central axis, the walls spaced radially about the axis. 7. The storage panel assembly of claim 6 wherein the walls are spaced radially 90 degrees from each other. 8. The storage panel assembly of claim 7 wherein each of the plurality of walls includes a support portion extending from the base, the support portion extending radially outward about a central axis and including a planar support surface. 9. The storage panel assembly of claim 8 wherein each of the plurality of walls includes a retention portion extending longitudinally relative to the support portion. 10. The storage panel assembly of claim 9 wherein the retention portion terminates at a radiused end. 11. The storage panel assembly of claim 10 including a lug nut positioned between the offset opposing clips, the lug nut including a retention tab attached thereon, the retention tab including a hole formed therein that is positioned about the holding pin, the retention tab received on the support portion. 12. The storage panel assembly of claim 1 wherein the at least one lug nut retention assembly includes a pair of opposing offset clips formed on the internal surface of the panel and a holding pin formed on the internal surface of the panel. 13. A storage panel assembly for a vehicle comprising: a panel having louvered exterior and internal surfaces;a vent structure formed on a portion of the panel;at least one lug nut retention assembly formed on the portion of the panel including the vent structure, the lug nut retention assembly including a pair of opposing offset clips formed on the internal surface of the panel and a holding pin formed on the internal surface of the panel, the holding pin includes a plurality of walls having a base attached to the internal louvered surface, the walls extending away from the base wherein the exterior louvered surface of the panel remains unblemished. 14. A storage panel assembly for a vehicle comprising: a panel having louvered exterior and internal surfaces;a vent structure formed on a portion of the panel;the lug nut retention assembly including a pair of opposing offset clips formed on the internal surface of the panel and a holding pin formed on the internal surface of the panel, the holding pin includes a plurality of walls having a base attached to the internal louvered surface, the walls extending away from the base wherein the storage panel assembly stores tire accessories and functions as an HVAC vent.
