1. A method for recording communications in a Voice over Internet Protocol network, comprising: receiving a recording invitation message from a call control server at a recorder controller server, the invitation message being relating to a communication between a first communications device and a second communications device, wherein the recording invitation was generated by a recording logic based on a Session Initialization Protocol (SIP) header associated with the communication and the SIP header associated with the communication is filtered to facilitate mixing a first portion of the communication and a second portion of the communication, and wherein the communication is received and routed by the call control server between the first communications device and the second communications device;determining at the recorder controller server whether a recorder is available;extracting a data packet from the SIP header associated with the communication;tagging the extracted data packet from the SIP header, the extracted data packet being associated with the communication; andrecording the at least a portion of the communication at the recorder. 2. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving communication data associated with the communication, the communication data including the header. 3. The method of claim 2, wherein tagging the extracted information includes tagging information from the header. 4. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a message, the message indicating a recorder to begin recording of at least a portion of the communication. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein recording is performed in responsive to receiving the recording invitation. 6. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving data associated with the communication, wherein the received data associated with the communication is a copy of data communicated between the first communications device and the second communications device. 7. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving data associated with the communication, wherein the received data associated with the communication is received via a plurality of data packages. 8. The method of claim 1, further comprising recording at least a portion of the communication. 9. The method of claim 1, receiving a termination message for stopping recording of the communication. 10. The method of claim 9, in response to receiving the termination message, stopping recording of the communication. 11. The method of claim 1, further comprising filtering the SIP header associated with the communication to determine a source of the communication. 12. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving source data associated with the communication. 13. The method of claim 1, wherein tagging the extracted information includes tagging information from a payload. 14. A system for recording communications in a Voice over Internet Protocol network, comprising: an invitation receiving component configured to receive a recording invitation message from a call control server at a recorder controller server, the invitation message relating to a communication between a first communications device and a second communications device, wherein the recording invitation was generated by a recording logic based on a Session Initialization Protocol (SIP) header associated with the communication and the SIP header associated with the communication is filtered to facilitate mixing a first portion of the communication and a second portion of the communication, and wherein the communication is received and routed by the call control server between the first communications device and the second communications device;a source receiving component configured to receive source data associated with the communication;an extracting component configured to extract a data packet from the SIP header associated with the communication;a tagging component configured to tag the extracted data packet from the SIP header; anda recorder that records at least a portion of the communication, wherein the invite component, the source component, and the extracting component utilize SIP Protocol, and wherein the recorder controller server determines whether the recorder is available. 15. The system of claim 14, further comprising a communication receiving component configured to receive communication data associated with the communication, the communication data including a header. 16. The system of claim 14, further comprising a start message receiving component configured to receive a start message, the start message indicating a recorder to begin recording of at least a portion of the communication. 17. The system of claim 14, further comprising a command start component configured to command a recorder to begin recording. 18. The system of claim 14, further comprising a recording component configured to record at least a portion of the communication. 19. The system of claim 14, further comprising means for recording at least a portion of the communication. 20. The system of claim 14, a termination receiving component configured to receive a termination message for stopping recording of the communication. 21. The system of claim 14, further comprising a command stop component configured to command a recorder to stop recording. 22. A non-transitory computer readable medium encoded with computer executable instructions for recording communications in a Voice over Internet Protocol network, comprising: invitation receiving logic configured to receive a recording invitation message from a call control server at a recorder controller server, the invitation message relating to a communication between a first communications device and a second communications device, wherein the recording invitation message was generated by a recording logic based on a Session Initialization Protocol (SIP) header associated with the communication and the SIP header associated with the communication is filtered to facilitate mixing a first portion of the communication and a second portion of the communication, and wherein the communication is received and routed by the call control server between the first communications device and the second communications device;extracting logic configured to extract information from the SIP header associated with the communication;tagging logic configured to tag the extracted information from the SIP header;determining logic at the recorder controller server to determine whether a recorder is available; andrecording logic at the recorder to record at least a portion of the communication. 23. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, further comprising communication receiving logic configured to receive communication data associated with the communication, the communication data including a header. 24. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, further comprising start message receiving logic configured to receive a start message, the start message indicating recorder to begin recording of at least a portion of the communication. 25. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, further comprising command start logic configured to command a recorder to begin recording. 26. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, further comprising recording logic configured to record at least a portion of the communication. 27. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, termination receiving logic configured to receive a termination message for stopping recording of the communication. 28. The non-transitory computer readable medium of claim 22, further comprising command stop logic configured to command a recorder to stop recording.
