The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein said hard surface cleaner is substantially free of a poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside with a carbon chain length other than 12. 3. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein said poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside includes 25% to 50% by weight of said composition. 4. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 1 further comprising an acid source of phosphoric acid. 5. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 1, wherein the water conditioning agent comprises ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt. 6. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 1, further comprising a solvent. 7. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 6 wherein said solvent is selected from the group consisting of: alkanols, lower alkyl ethers, glycols, aryl glycol ethers and lower alkyl glycol ether, methanol, ethanol, propanol, isopropanol and butanol, isobutanol, ethylene glycol, diethylene glycol, triethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, mixed ethylene-propylene glycol ethers, ethylene glycol phenyl ether, and propylene glycol phenyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, propylene glycol propyl ether, dipropylene glycol methyl ether, tripropylene glycol methyl ether, ethylene glycol butyl ether, diethylene glycol methyl ether, diethylene glycol butyl ether, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, ethylene glycol propyl ether, diethylene glycol ethyl ether, triethylene glycol methyl ether, triethylene glycol ethyl ether, and triethylene glycol butyl ether. 8. The hard surface cleaning composition of claim 7, wherein said solvent is isopropanol. 9. A hard surface cleaner comprising at 18% actives: from 20 wt. % to 60 wt. % of a poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside component derived from a renewable carbon source, and having the following formula: wherein R is an alkyl group having from about 8 to about 22 carbon atoms, and n is a degree of polymerization of 4-6 further wherein said poly sulfonate alkyl polyglucoside component comprises an alkyl group having 12 carbon atoms;ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt;phosphoric acid; and water;wherein the hard surface cleaner is substantially free of alkyl phenol ethoxylates and has a pH of from about 6.5 to about 10. 10. The hard surface cleaner of claim 9, wherein the primarily C12 poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside component is derived from one or more of the following: corn and/or coconut. 11. The hard surface cleaner of claim 9, wherein the primarily C12 poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside component constitutes between about 25% and about 50% by weight of the hard surface cleaner at 18% actives. 12. The hard surface cleaner of claim 9 further comprising a solvent. 13. The hard surface cleaner of claim 9 wherein said ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid tetrasodium salt comprises from 4% and 8% by weight of the hard surface cleaner. 14. The hard surface cleaner of claim 13, wherein said composition further contains isopropanol in an amount of 0.01% to 5% by weight of the hard surface cleaner. 15. A method of removing soils from a surface, the method comprising: (a) diluting a hard surface cleaning composition with water of dilution to form a use solution, wherein the cleaning composition comprises from about 20 wt. % to about 60 wt. % of a poly sulfonate functionalized alkyl polyglucoside component derived from a renewable carbon source, and having the following formula: wherein R is an alkyl group having from about 8 to about 22 carbon atoms, and n is a degree of polymerization of 4-6 further wherein said poly sulfonate alkyl polyglucoside component comprises an R moiety having 12 carbon atoms;a water conditioning agent, an acid source, and water; and(b) contacting the surface with the use solution;(c) wherein the soil includes up to about 20% proteins. 16. The method of claim 15, wherein diluting the cleaner with water of dilution comprises diluting at weight ratio of cleaner to water of dilution of up to about 1:256. 17. The method of claim 15, wherein the cleaner comprises less than about 0.5% by weight alkyl phenol ethoxylates. 18. The method of claim 15, wherein the cleaner has a pH of from about 6.5 to about 10. 19. The method of claim 15 wherein said cleaner poly sulfonate alkyl polyglucoside component contains no more than 0.5% by weight of an alkyl polyglucoside with a carbon chain length other than 12.
