A device for preventing the explosion of an element of an electrical transformer provided with a tank containing a combustible cooling fluid, comprising: a pressure release element coupled to an outlet of the tank for decompressing the tank;a gastight inflatable bag coupled to an outlet orifice, said gastight inflatable bag being coupled to the outlet orifice with a sealed gastight connection downstream of the pressure release element and configured to pass from a substantially un-inflated state to a gas inflated state upon the rupture of the pressure release element and for confining fluid passing through the pressure release element such that the combustible cooling fluid be stored in the gastight inflatable bag;wherein the pressure release element is configured to rupture such that a substantially unrestricted release of fluid occurs from the tank to the gastight inflatable bag when a predetermined pressure occurs in the tank, and a channel for introducing inert gas downstream of the pressure release element to expel combustible gases towards the gastight inflatable bag. 2. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bag comprises a lockable outlet orifice. 3. The device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the electrical transformer element is an electrical transformer body. 4. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a quick coupling placed upstream of the bag, and integral with the bag. 5. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a plurality of pressure release elements provided to be connected to a plurality of electrical transformer elements. 6. The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein one of the electrical transformer elements is a feed-through. 7. The device as claimed in claim 5, wherein one of the electrical transformer elements is a load changer. 8. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a rupture detector for detecting the pressure of the tank with regard to a predefined pressure release ceiling, said rupture detectors comprising electric wires able to break at the same time as the pressure release element. 9. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a reservoir placed between the pressure release element and the bag. 10. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a decompression chamber placed downstream of the pressure release element. 11. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising tripping detectors to detect tripping of the transformer power supply cell and a control unit which receives the signals transmitted by transformer sensor means and by tripping detectors and which is capable of transmitting control signals. 12. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a control unit connected to at least a sensor of the pressure release element and to at least a relief sensors chosen among: a fire detector, a vapor sensor, an oil surge sensor and a power supply cell trip sensor to initiate fire extinguishing in case of failure of the explosion preventive system. 13. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising an anti-blowout protection placed at least under the bag. 14. The device as claimed in claim 1, comprising a case provided with at least two shells, forming a transport and protection housing for the flat bag. 15. A device for preventing the explosion of an electrical transformer provided with a tank containing a combustible cooling fluid and with a load changer, said device comprising: a pressure release element coupled to an outlet of the tank for decompressing the tank;a pressure release element coupled to an outlet of the load changer for decompressing the load changer;a gastight inflatable bag coupled to an outlet orifice, said gastight inflatable bag being coupled to the outlet orifice with a sealed gastight connection downstream of the pressure release elements and configured to pass from a substantially uninflated state to a gas inflated state upon the rupture of at least one of the pressure release elements and for confining fluid passing through said at least one pressure release element such that the combustible cooling fluid be stored in the gastight inflatable bag;wherein the pressure release element is configured to rupture such that a substantially unrestricted release of fluid occurs to the gastight inflatable bag when a predetermined pressure occurs in at least one of the tank and the load changer. 16. A method for preventing the explosion of an element of an electrical transformer provided with a tank containing a combustible cooling fluid, comprising: allowing decompression of the tank, wherein decompression of the tank includes the rupture of a pressure release element, coupled to an outlet of the tank, and the inflation of a gastight inflatable bag coupled to an outlet orifice, said gastight inflatable bag being coupled to the outlet orifice with a sealed gastight connection downstream of the pressure release element, the gastight inflatable bag passing from a substantially un-inflated state to a gas inflated state, andconfining the fluid passing through the pressure release element such that said combustible cooling fluid be stored in the gastight inflatable bag, wherein the pressure release element is configured to rupture such that a substantially unrestricted release of fluid occurs from the tank to the gastight inflatable bag when a predetermined pressure occurs in the tank, and introducing inert gas downstream of the pressure release element to expel combustible gases towards the gastight inflatable bag by a channel. 17. A method as claimed in claim 16, comprising maintaining locked a lockable outlet orifice of the gastight inflatable bag in the substantially uninflated state of the bag and in the inflated state, separating the gastight inflatable bag from other elements, and opening the lockable outlet orifice to drain the bag.
