The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first and second locking pawls each comprise a projecting detent element. 3. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 2, wherein the rotary latches each form at least one detent recess, which is capable of interacting operatively with one of the detent elements. 4. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein each of the locking pawls form a pawl actuating section at one end and a bearing section at the other end. 5. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 4, wherein the rotary latches form at least one detent recess and each pawl actuating section forms at least one pawl detent nose, via which the locking pawls are capable of interacting operatively with the at least one detent recess. 6. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 5, wherein the locking pawls are spring-loaded in such a way that their pawl detent noses are urged toward the rotary latches. 7. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 4, wherein the locking pawls are spring-loaded in such a way that their pawl actuating sections are urged toward the rotary latches. 8. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 4, wherein the pawl actuating sections in each case form a protruding actuating or supporting projection, via which the locking pawls are capable of interacting operatively with the actuating lever. 9. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rotary latches form two rotary latch noses. 10. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two rotary latches have an identical physical form. 11. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 10, wherein the rotary latches are arranged symmetrically in relation to a transversal central plane of the door lock. 12. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two locking pawls have an identical physical form. 13. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 12, wherein the two locking pawls are arranged symmetrically in relation to a transversal central plane of the door lock. 14. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 14, wherein the guide device comprises first guide element, which is rigidly connected to the vehicle body, and a second guide element which is capable of interacting operatively with the first guide element in conjunction with closing and opening the vehicle door, the second guide being securely connected to the vehicle door or to the lock case. 16. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 15, wherein the second guide element is a recess, which the first guide element engages in a centering manner. 17. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 15, wherein the first guide element is a guide wedge. 18. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 17, wherein the second guide element is a V-shaped guide element. 19. A rotary latch lock for closing a door in a locking way, the rotary latch lock comprising: a lock case forming a cut-out recess for a lock pin,two rotatably mounted rotary latches consisting of a first and a second rotary latch engageable with the lock pin,two rotary latch springs for imposing a force on the rotary latches,a rotatably mounted actuating lever engaging in the lock case,two engaging locking pawls consisting of a first locking pawl and a second locking pawl, the first locking pawl being capable of pivoting relative to the lock case about a first axis and the second locking pawl being capable of pivoting relative to the lock case about a second axis that is different than the first axis,the rotary latches, the rotary latch springs and the locking pawls being arranged within the lock case,wherein the first locking pawl is capable of engaging with the first rotary latch and the second locking pawl is capable of engaging with the second rotary latch, causing the rotary latches to be maintained in a locked position engaging the lock pin, andwherein the actuating lever is capable of directly actuating the locking pawls, causing them to release the respective rotary latches from their locked position and allowing the rotary latches to move to respective positions allowing the rotary latches to release the lock pin,wherein the rotary latches are spring-loaded in such a way that they are urged to rotate against a locking direction of rotation in which the rotary latch is moved toward the locked position. 20. A rotary latch lock for closing a door in a locking way, the rotary latch lock comprising: a lock case forming a cut-out recess for a lock pin,two rotatably mounted rotary latches consisting of a first and a second rotary latch engageable with the lock pin,two rotary latch springs for imposing a force on the rotary latches,a rotatably mounted actuating lever engaging in the lock case,two engaging locking pawls consisting of a first locking pawl and a second locking pawl, the first locking pawl being capable of pivoting relative to the lock case about a first axis and the second locking pawl being capable of pivoting relative to the lock case about a second axis that is different than the first axis,the rotary latches, the rotary latch springs and the locking pawls being arranged within the lock case,wherein the first locking pawl is capable of engaging with the first rotary latch and the second locking pawl is capable of engaging with the second rotary latch, causing the rotary latches to be maintained in a locked position engaging the lock pin, and wherein the actuating lever is capable of directly actuating the locking pawls, causing them to release the respective rotary latches from their locked position and allowing the rotary latches to move to respective positions allowing the rotary latches to release the lock pin, wherein the actuating lever is formed in two parts and forms a handle lever and a push-button lever, the handle lever and the push-button lever being connected and operatively interacting with one another in such a way that the rotating movement of the handle lever is capable of being transmitted about a lever bearing pin axis in a direction of rotation of the lever onto the push-button lever, and the rotating movement of the handle lever against the direction of rotation of the lever is not capable of being transmitted onto the push-button lever. 21. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 20, wherein the push-button lever interacts operatively with an actuating mechanism for the purpose of actuating the actuating lever from the outside. 22. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 21, wherein the push-button lever is connected to the actuating mechanism about the lever bearing pin axis in such a way as to be capable of rotating in the direction of rotation of the lever. 23. The rotary latch lock as claimed in claim 21, wherein the push-button lever is capable of interacting operatively with the two locking pawls. 24.
