A complete hand hygiene station and method of monitoring a complete hand hygiene station are provided. The complete hand hygiene station may include at least an automated wash cylinder or chamber, a sanitizer dispenser and a lotion dispenser. The wash chamber and/or the sanitizer dispenser may be used to provide a user with a hand washing. The lotion dispenser may be used to moisturize a user's hands after the usage of the sanitizer dispenser. The complete hand hygiene station may be monitored to ensure compliance with one or more hygiene protocols. A particular hygiene protocol may specify hygiene requirements such as daily hygiene station usage, lotion usage subsequent to sanitizer usage, and/or mandatory wash chamber use subsequent to a predetermined number of lotion usages.

The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an administration computer in communication with at least the cleaning station operations monitor, the administration computer being operable to generate a compliance report based on at least a portion of the data associated with use of the first cleaning station. 3. The system as claimed in claim 2, wherein the administration computer is in communication with at least a second cleaning station operations monitor corresponding to a second cleaning station, the second cleaning station operatively associated with a corresponding second identification apparatus, the second cleaning station operations monitor including a second memory comprising a second compliance module in communication with the second identification apparatus, the second compliance module being operable to record data associated with use of the second cleaning station. 4. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a sensor disposed on the first cleaning station operable to determine if the user operates at least one of: the automated wash chamber, the hand sanitizer dispenser and the lotion dispenser, wherein the compliance module is in communication with the sensor. 5. The system as claimed in claim 1, further comprising a video display operatively associated with the cleaning station, the video display being operable to display video content to the user. 6. The system as claimed in claim 5, wherein the memory further comprises a training module in communication with the video display, the training module being operable to provide the user with a series of training segments. 7. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the cleaning station operations monitor further comprises a consumables-authentication module operable to verify that the first cleaning station is operating with a particular substance. 8. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compliance module is configured to direct the cleaning station to administer a predetermined substance based on a user identifier. 9. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compliance module is configured to direct the cleaning station to administer a substance for a predetermined time based on a user identifier. 10. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the compliance module is configured to direct the cleaning station to administer a substance for a predetermined period of time based on a history of washing compliance for the user. 11. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein, for each use of the cleaning station, the data associated with the use of the cleaning station includes one or more of: user identification; cleaning station designation; time of cleaning station use; duration of cleaning station use; date of cleaning station use; and a boolean value indicative of user compliance with a washing requirement. 12. The system of claim 1, wherein the data associated with use of the first cleaning station includes at least one of: (a) for each user of the first cleaning station, an indication of the number of daily hand washes, wherein a daily hand wash hand is achieved with a usage of at least one of the wash chamber and the hand sanitizer;(b) for each user of the sanitizer dispenser, a boolean value indicating subsequent usage of the lotion dispenser by the user of hand sanitizer;(c) for each user of the lotion dispenser, a boolean value indicating usage of the wash chamber after a predetermined number of uses of the lotion dispenser. 13. A method of monitoring user compliance with a wash requirement, the method comprising; automatically identifying, by a processor, a user of a first cleaning station, the cleaning station including a number of wash station components including an automated wash chamber, a sanitizer dispenser and a lotion dispenser;for each usage of the cleaning station, determining, by a processor, a cleaning station use type, wherein the cleaning station use type indicates a particular cleaning station component used by the user and recording by computer data associated with usage of the cleaning station;for at least one cleaning station usage type, providing, by a processor, an instruction to the user regarding subsequent usage of the cleaning station. 14. The method of claim 13, wherein for a wash chamber cleaning station use type, no instruction is given for subsequent usage of the cleaning station. 15. The method of claim 13, wherein for a sanitizer dispenser use type, an instruction is given regarding subsequent usage of the lotion dispenser. 16. The method of claim 15, wherein for non-usage of the lotion dispenser subsequent to usage of the sanitizer dispenser, at least one of the following occurs: (a) an alarm is given;(b) a warning is given to the user; and(c) a hygiene protocol violation is recorded. 17. The method of claim 13, wherein for a lotion dispenser use type, an instruction is given regarding subsequent usage of the wash chamber. 18. The method of claim 17, wherein for non-usage of the wash chamber subsequent to a predetermined number of usages of the lotion dispenser, at least one of the following occurs: (a) an alarm is given;(b) a warning is given to the user; and(c) a hygiene protocol violation is recorded. 19. The method of claim 13, further comprising monitoring by a computer the use of the first cleaning station by the user. 20. The method of claim 13, further comprising preparing a compliance report listing the identity of the user and data generated from monitoring the use of the first cleaning station. 21. The method of claim 13, further comprising conveying information to the user during usage of the cleaning station. 22. The method of claim 15, wherein the information is conveyed by a video display located on or near the first cleaning station.
