The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises: card detecting sensors that detect the existence or non-existence of a card which is pulled out along a card guiding direction of the card guide unit; anda measurement validity/invalidity determining means that determines whether or not the card has normally passed along the card guide unit on the basis of detection signals of the card detecting sensors. 3. The game table system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises: a number specifying means that specifies the number of a card associated with the ultraviolet-ray reaction code on the basis of detection signals from the black light sensor. 4. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the win/lose determining means determines the result of a casino-style card game on the basis of the numbers of the cards that are sequentially read by the one or more black light sensors, and the table game system further comprises an output means that outputs the result determined by the win/lose determining means. 5. The table game system according to claim 4, wherein the output means includes a plurality of lamps that display the result determined by the win/lose determining means. 6. The table game system according to claim 4, wherein the output means includes a monitor that is provided on a housing of the shooter apparatus. 7. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card guide unit includes a card guide surface, card guide rails provided at edges of the card guide surface, and a card passage gap formed between the card guide surface and the card guide rails. 8. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises: a sensor cover that covers the black light sensor, the sensor cover protecting the black light sensor from outside light. 9. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the code elements are arrayed in a card guiding direction. 10. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet-ray reaction code includes a plurality of rows of code elements, and the number of a card is specified from the number of rows of code elements. 11. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet-ray reaction code is associated with at least the number of the card and the suit of the card. 12. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the ultraviolet-ray reaction code is provided on a region of the card where a mark of the card is not provided. 13. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises: an output means comprising a first display unit on a side surface of the housing, and a second display unit on an upper surface of the housing. 14. The table game system according to claim 1, an output means comprising one or more lamps that display the result determined by the win/lose determining means, wherein the lamps comprise at least one of a player-win lamp, a draw lamp, or a banker-win lamp. 15. The table game system according to claim 14, wherein the player-win lamp, the draw lamp, and the banker-win lamp comprise different colors. 16. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises, a reset switch comprising a turnable keyhole and a corresponding key for resetting an error indication. 17. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprises, a mode setting switch adapted to set the card shooter in a mode that invalidates a card that is first pulled out of the card shooter apparatus. 18. The table game system according to claim 1, wherein the card shooter apparatus further comprising, a monitor changeover switch arranged on a side portion of the housing, the monitor changeover switch being adapted to display a win or lose result on a monitor. 19. A table game system comprising: a plurality of cards, each of the cards including an ultraviolet-ray reaction code comprising at least two separate sets of code elements arranged along one side of a face of the card, the ultraviolet-ray reaction code representing at least a number of a card;a card shooter apparatus comprising: a card housing for containing the cards;a card guide unit that guides cards which are pulled out one by one from the card housing;one or more card detecting sensors that detect the existence of each card which is pulled out along a card guiding direction of the card guide unit;one or more black light sensors that read the ultraviolet-ray reaction code from each card guided by the card guide unit;a win/lose determining means for automatically determining a result of a casino-style card game on the basis of the reading of the ultraviolet-ray reaction codes on the cards by the one or more black light sensors without manual input of information related to distribution of cards relative to players positions, wherein no other sensors are used to detect the distribution of cards relative to said players positions; andan output means for outputting the result determined by the win/lose determining means, wherein at least the black light sensors and the win/lose determining means are contained integrally within the card shooter apparatus. 20.
