Mould arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said compression-moulding die arrangement is connected to said blow-moulding die arrangement so that said compression-moulding die arrangement locks said neck portion while said preform is expanded in said blow-moulding die arrangement. 3. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, and further comprising a supporting arrangement arranged for supporting said blow-moulding die arrangement and said compression-moulding die arrangement and for moving said blow-moulding die arrangement and said compression-moulding die arrangement along a longitudinal axis of said blow-moulding die arrangement. 4. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said first half-mould and said second half-mould comprise a body, in which a forming cavity is made, arranged for forming a lateral portion of said container, and a bottom element, in which a further forming cavity is made, arranged for forming a bottom portion of said container, wherein an elastic element is interposed between said body and said bottom element, said elastic element being arranged for moving said body and said bottom element away from one another. 5. Mould arrangement according to claim 4, wherein said blow-moulding die arrangement is movable between an operating configuration, in which said body and said bottom element interact with one another to define a chamber for expanding said preform, and a rest configuration, in which said body and said bottom element are spaced apart from one another. 6. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said first half-mould and said further first half-mould are slidably coupled with one another and said second half-mould and said further second half-mould are slidably coupled with one another. 7. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said closure promoting element comprises a rod that can slide in a seat made in said blow-moulding die arrangement, said rod being provided with an end portion arranged for being received in a hole made in said compression-moulding die arrangement. 8. Mould arrangement according to claim 7, wherein said end portion is wedge-shaped and said hole is so shaped as to shapingly receive said end portion. 9. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, and further comprising a positioning arrangement arranged for receiving said container from said further first half-mould and said further second half-mould, in particular wherein said positioning arrangement can be moved towards, or away from, said further first half-mould and said further second half-mould. 10. Mould arrangement according to claim 1, and further comprising a stretching arrangement arranged for stretching said preform and a blowing arrangement arranged for expanding said preform to obtain said container. 11. Mould arrangement according to claim 10, wherein said stretching arrangement comprises a first stretching member, in particular wherein said first stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch a zone of said preform arranged near a neck portion of said preform, and a second stretching member, in particular wherein said second stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch an end portion of said preform opposite an opening of said preform. 12. Mould arrangement according to claim 11, and further comprising an actuating arrangement arranged for driving said stretching arrangement, said actuating arrangement comprising a first actuating member arranged for driving said first stretching member and a second actuating member arranged for driving said second stretching member. 13. Mould arrangement according to claim 12, wherein said second actuating member moves said second stretching member towards, or away from, said first stretching member, in particular between a first operating configuration, in which said second stretching member is partially received in a seat of said first stretching member, and a second operating configuration, in which said second stretching member projects outside said seat. 14. Mould arrangement according to claim 11, wherein said first stretching member can be moved towards, or away from, a body of a punch arrangement of said blow moulding die arrangement. 15. Mould arrangement according to claim 14, and further comprising an actuating arrangement arranged for driving said stretching arrangement, said actuating arrangement comprising a first actuating member arranged for driving said first stretching member and a second actuating member arranged for driving said second stretching member, wherein said first actuating member moves said first stretching member between a further first operating configuration, in which an operating surface of said first stretching member rests on a corresponding further operating surface of said body, and a further second operating configuration, in which said operating surface is spaced apart from said further operating surface. 16. Mould arrangement according to claim 10, wherein said blowing arrangement comprises a first blowing member and a second blowing member. 17. Mould arrangement according to claim 16, wherein said stretching arrangement comprises a first stretching member, wherein said first stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch a zone of said preform arranged near a neck portion of said preform, and a second stretching member, wherein said second stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch an end portion of said preform opposite an opening of said preform, wherein said first blowing member is associated with said first stretching member. 18. Mould arrangement according to claim 16, wherein said stretching arrangement comprises a first stretching member, wherein said first stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch a zone of said preform arranged near a neck portion of said preform, and a second stretching member, wherein said second stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch an end portion of said preform opposite an opening of said preform, wherein said second blowing member is associated with said second stretching member. 19. Mould arrangement according to claim 16, wherein said first blowing member comprises a first conduit arranged for conveying a first flow of fluid and said a second blowing member comprises a second conduit arranged for conveying a second flow of fluid. 20. Mould arrangement, according to claim 19, wherein said stretching arrangement comprises a first stretching member, wherein said first stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch a zone of said preform arranged near a neck portion of said preform, and a second stretching member, wherein said second stretching member is so shaped as to mainly stretch an end portion of said preform opposite an opening of said preform, and further comprising an actuating arrangement arranged for driving said stretching arrangement, said actuating arrangement comprising a first actuating member arranged for driving said first stretching member and a second actuating member arranged for driving said second stretching member, wherein said first actuating member moves said first stretching member between a further first operating configuration, in which an operating surface of said first stretching member rests on a corresponding further operating surface of said body and a further second operating configuration, in which said operating surface is spaced apart from said further operating surface, wherein said first conduit is delimited by said operating surface and by said further operating surface. 21.
