The electrical fixing member as set forth in claim 1, wherein the locking piece elastically deforms when it is pressed by a stem portion of the one of the flanges until it is displaced past the one of the flanges, and once displaced past the one of the flanges, a tip of the locking piece contacts with a side surface of the one of the flanges to lock the locking piece with the one of the flanges.
