A pharmaceutical composition comprising a therapeutically effective amount of dynasore, a therapeutically effective amount of a statin and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier. 8. The composition of claim 7, wherein the statin is selected from the group consisting of lovastatin, simvastatin, pravastatin, fluvastatin, atorvastatin, itavastatin, rosuvastatin and rivastatin.
