The foldable baby stroller frame of claim 1 wherein the first and second rotatable members are first and second plates, respectively, arranged in juxtaposition. 3. The foldable baby stroller frame of claim 2 wherein the first and second plates each have a planar arm projecting therefrom and in coplanar relation therewith, the one of the second end portions attached to the first rotatable member being fixedly attached to the arm of the first plate and the one of the second end portions attached to the second rotatable member being fixedly attached to the arm of the second plate. 4. The foldable baby stroller frame of claim 3 wherein the first and second plates each have a central aperture and wherein the pivot member includes a bushing passing through the central apertures of the first and second plates for rotation thereabout. 5. A folding mechanism, comprising: a first member having a first end portion and a second end portion;a second member having a first end portion and a second end portion;a third member having a first end portion and a second end portion, at least one of the first end portions of the first member having a mounting portion configured for mounting of at least one front wheel thereto, at least one of the first end portions of the second member having a mounting portion configured for mounting of at least one rear wheel thereto, and at least one of the first end portions of the third member having a handle portion;a pivot member;a first rotatable member rotatably coupled to the pivot member, the first rotatable member comprising a first notch; anda second rotatable member rotatably coupled to the pivot member, the second rotatable member comprising a second notch; wherein the first and second rotatable members are configured to pivot symmetrically about the pivot member as a common axis, one of the second end portions of a first one of the first, second, and third members being fixedly attached to a planar arm projecting from the first rotatable member, and one of the second end portions of a different second one of the first, second, and third members being fixedly attached to a planar arm projecting from the second rotatable member, the first and second rotatable members in first and second spaced-apart rotational planesa locking member slidably mounted on the third one of the first, second, and third members, wherein the locking member is capable of engaging the notches of the first and second rotatable members thereby putting the folding mechanism in a locked state; andan enclosure within the first and second rotatable members and the third one of the first, second, and third members are retained, wherein the first one of the first, second and third members and the second one of the first, second and third members move towards and approach opposite sides of the third one of the first, second and third members when the folding mechanism is moved from an unfolded state to a folded state. 6. The folding assembly of claim 5, wherein the locking member rests against a spring such that the spring provides a force adequate to bias the locking member into an engaged state with the notches of the first and second rotatable members. 7. The folding assembly of claim 6, wherein the notches of the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member are in alignment when the folding assembly is in an unfolded state. 8. The folding assembly of claim 5, wherein the first one of the first, second, and third members is bolted onto the planar arm of the first rotatable member and the second one of the first, second, and third members is bolted onto the planar arm of the second rotatable member. 9. A folding assembly for a baby stroller, comprising: a front wheel support having an attachment portion and an end portion and configured for attachment of a front wheel to the attachment portion;a rear wheel support having an attachment portion and an end portion and configured for attachment of a rear wheel to the attachment portion;a handle member having a handle portion and an end portion; and a folding assembly having a first rotatable member and a second rotatable member rotatably coupled to a pivot member for rotation about a common axis of rotation, the end portion of the front wheel support being fixedly attached to the first rotatable member, and the end portion of the handle member being fixedly attached to the second rotatable member, wherein folding assembly further includes a locking member slidably mounted to the rear wheel support, and the first and second rotatable members of the folding assembly further includes a notch to receive the locking member therein when the first and second rotatable members are rotated about the pivot member to position the handle member and the front wheel support attached thereto in an unfolded state, wherein the locking member is biased by a spring to provide a force adequate to bias the locking member into an engaged state with the notches of the first and second rotatable members. 10. The folding assembly of claim 9 wherein the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member are rotatably coupled to the pivot member for symmetric rotation about the common axis of rotation. 11. The folding assembly of claim 9 wherein each of the first and second rotatable members each has an arm to which a corresponding one of the front wheel support and the handle member is attached. 12. The folding assembly of claim 9 wherein the pivot member is a bolt assembly. 13. The folding assembly of claim 9 wherein the end portion of the rear wheel support is attached to an encasement with a retainer opening within which the first and second rotatable members are rotatably retained. 14. The folding assembly of claim 9 wherein the first rotatable member and the second rotatable member are configured for symmetric rotation about the common axis of rotation.
