The device according to claim 1, wherein said electromechanical means is an electromechanical motor. 5. The device according to claim 4, wherein said electromechanical motor is controlled by a controller. 6. The device according to claim 4, wherein said electromechanical motor is controlled by a controller. 7. The device according to claim 1, wherein said blocking means is a spring shaft, a drive pin, a locking pin and a lifting pin. 8.
