A dialysis system comprising: a dialysis instrument including at least one pump actuator;a disposable cassette operable with the at least one pump actuator, a plurality of supply lines connectors connected to the disposable cassette, each supply line connector including a supply line tip protector;a plurality of dialysis fluid containers, the dialysis fluid containers each including a solution line having a solution line connector and a solution line tip protector;an auto-connection mechanism including a moveable tip protector remover, the auto-connection mechanism configured such that: (i) the tip protector remover is translated in a first direction towards the plurality of supply line connectors,(ii) the tip protector remover is locked to each of the plurality of supply line tip protectors connected to the plurality of supply line connectors,(iii) the tip protector remover is translated in a second direction away from the plurality of supply line connectors to remove the plurality of supply line tip protectors from the supply line connectors,(iv) the tip protector remover is translated in a third direction different from the first and second directions, and(v) the solution line connectors are translated towards the supply line connectors to connect each of the solution line connectors to one of the supply line connectors. 2. The dialysis system of claim 1, which includes a supply line connector holder, the supply line connectors loaded into the supply line connector holder. 3. The dialysis system of claim 1, which includes a supply line connector holder and a solution line connector holder, and wherein one of the supply line connector holder and the solution line connector holder is fixed and the other of the solution line connector holder and the supply line connector holder is moveable. 4. The dialysis system of claim 1, wherein each of the first and second directions is in a first plane, and the third direction is in a second plane at least substantially perpendicular to the first plane. 5. The dialysis system of claim 1, which includes an organizer configured and arranged for loading the solution line connectors and the supply line connectors. 6. The dialysis system of claim 1, wherein each of the plurality of supply lines includes one of the plurality of supply line connectors. 7. The dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the solution line connectors, the supply line connectors, and the tip protector remover are sealed in an isolated environment during at least one of (i) to (iv). 8. The dialysis system of claim 7, which is configured to inject filtered high-efficiency-particulate-air or ultra-low-penetration-air into the isolated environment. 9. The dialysis system of claim 7, wherein the sealed environment includes closed tubing lines, the tubing lines connected to the solution line connectors and the supply line connectors. 10. The dialysis system of claim 1, wherein the auto-connection mechanism is configured such that the tip protector remover is moved in the first direction independent of any movement of the solution line tip protectors. 11. The dialysis system of claim 1, which is configured to manipulate the auto-connection mechanism such that (i) to (iv) are performed automatically via at least one processor and memory device. 12. A dialysis system comprising: a dialysis instrument including at least one pump actuator;a line set holder;a first set of lines held by the line set holder, each line of the first set of lines including a first connector and a first tip protector;a second set of lines, a second connector for each of the second set of lines, each of the second connectors including a second tip protector;a tip protector remover;at least one processor; andat least one memory device storing a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the at least one processor: (i) translates the tip protector remover along a path between the first set of lines including the first tip protectors and the second set of lines including the second tip protectors to remove each of the first tip protectors and each of the second tip protectors,(ii) moves the tip protector remover away from the path between the first and second sets of lines, and(iii) moves the line set holder along the path between the first and second sets of lines to connect each of the connectors of the first and second sets of lines. 13. The dialysis system of claim 12, which includes a second tip protector holder holding the second connectors, and wherein the at least one processor and memory device are manipulated to cause the tip protector remover to be moved away from the path. 14. The dialysis system of claim 12, wherein the tip protector remover and the line set holder are positioned on the dialysis instrument. 15. The dialysis system of claim 14, which is configured to move the tip protector remover away from the path by moving the tip protector remover towards the dialysis instrument. 16. The dialysis system of claim 12, which includes a disposable cassette, and wherein the first set of lines extend fluidly from the disposable cassette. 17. The dialysis system of claim 12, which includes a plurality of solution containers, and each line of the first set of lines extending from one of the plurality of solution containers. 18. A dialysis system comprising: a disposable cassette;a plurality of supply lines extending from the disposable cassette;a supply connector for each of the supply lines, each supply connector including a tip protector;a plurality of dialysis fluid containers;a solution line connected to each dialysis fluid container;a solution connector located at an end of each solution line, each solution connector including a tip protector;a solution connector holder;a tip protector remover;at least one processor; andat least one memory device storing a plurality of instructions, which when executed by the at least one processor: (i) translates the tip protector remover along a path between the tip protectors for each of the supply line connectors and the tip protectors for each of the solution line connectors to remove (a) the first set of tip protectors from the first set of connectors and (b) the second set of tip protectors from the second set of connectors,(ii) moves the tip protector remover away from the path, and(iii) connects the supply connectors to the solution connectors. 19. The dialysis system of claim 18, wherein the at least one processor and memory device are manipulated to cause the tip protector remover to be translated in opposite directions along the path. 20. The dialysis system of claim 18, wherein the tip protector remover is configured so that at least one of the solution connectors can be initially loaded into the tip protector remover.
