The system of claim 7, wherein the two corrugate sections are integral and comprise a single monolithic piece. 11. The system of claim 7, wherein each of the first end and the second end comprises a flange for attachment. 12. The system of claim 11, wherein at least one of the flanges comprises openings for receiving fasteners. 13. A method for providing a seal in a gas turbine engine system, the method comprising: establishing a connection between a first end of a flexible annular seal and a gas turbine engine;establishing a connection between a second end of the flexible annular seal and an exhaust nozzle;defining exactly two corrugations in the flexible annular seal;positioning a separate reinforcement member about an outer surface of the flexible annular seal at a location between the first end and the second end, the reinforcement member configured to reduce outward flexibility of at least a portion of the flexible annular seal, and wherein the reinforcement member is a strap contained within a single valley formed by the corrugations in the flexible annular seal; anddeflecting the first end of the flexible annular seal connected to gas turbine engine relative to the second end of the flexible annular seal connected to the exhaust nozzle, wherein deflecting a first corrugate section of the flexible annular seal relative to a second corrugate section of the flexible annular seal comprises a transverse movement, and wherein the deflection of the flexible annular seal absorbs loads present between the gas turbine engine and the exhaust nozzle.
