A method, comprising: receiving one or more parameters associated with a physiological condition;querying a database for one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to a user based on the one or more parameters associated with the physiological condition;assigning a time based weighted value to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels, wherein the time based weighted value is assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels in a decreasing weighted order based on time such that a more recent medication dosage level is assigned a heavier time based weighted value than an older medication dosage level;generating a recommended medication dosage level based on the database query, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is based, at least in part, on the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to the user and the time based weighted value assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels;outputting the recommended medication dosage level including effects of at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels on the physiological condition on a display device; andupdating the database with the recommended medication dosage level when the recommended medication dosage level is administered. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the database includes a plurality of previously determined medication dosage levels and one or more associated parameters for each of the plurality of the previously determined medication dosage levels. 3. The method of claim 2, wherein one or more of the plurality of the previously determined medication dosage levels stored in the database includes administered medication dosage information. 4. The method of claim 3, wherein the administered medication dosage information includes one or more of a past correction bolus amount, a past carbohydrate bolus amount, a past basal profile, or one or more combinations thereof. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein querying the database includes performing statistical analysis based on the received one or more parameters. 6. The method of claim 5, wherein the statistical analysis includes one or more of mean deviation analysis, standard deviation analysis, estimation analysis, forecasting analysis, correlation of the one or more parameters, modeling of one or more relationships among the one or more parameters, regression analysis, time series analysis, autoregressive modeling, integrated modeling, moving average modeling, data mining, or probability analysis. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the recommended medication dosage level includes one or more of a bolus amount or a basal profile modification for administration to the user. 8. The method of claim 1, including receiving a user command to administer the recommended mediation dosage level. 9. The method of claim 1, wherein updating the database includes: receiving confirmation of administration of a medication amount associated with the recommended medication dosage level;associating the recommended medication dosage level with the one or more parameters; andstoring the recommended medication dosage level. 10. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels is associated with insulin. 11. The method of claim 1, wherein the one or more parameters includes one or more of a current glucose level, an insulin sensitivity, a target glucose level, past glucose level, glucose trend information, an amount of carbohydrate to be ingested, insulin on board information, exercise information, time of day information, or one or more combinations thereof. 12. The method of claim 1, further comprising disregarding at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels when a time frame associated with the at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels exceeds a time frame threshold. 13. The method of claim 1, further comprising receiving a user modification to the recommended medication dosage level and updating the database when the modified medication dosage level is administered. 14. The method of claim 1, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is a contextually determined medication dosage level. 15. The method of claim 14, wherein the contextually determined medication dosage level includes data corresponding to one or more of a blood glucose concentration level, glucose trend information, a basal profile, a type of insulin, exercise information, meal information, a carbohydrate content estimate, or insulin on board information. 16. The method of claim 1, wherein after a predetermined time period at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels is assigned a second time based weight value that causes the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels to no longer impact the recommended medication dosage level. 17. An apparatus, comprising: one or more processing units; anda memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to receive one or more parameters associated with a physiological condition, to query the memory for one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to a user based on the one or more parameters associated with the physiological condition, to assign a time based weighted value to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels, wherein the time based weighted value is assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels in a decreasing weighted order based on time such that a more recent medication dosage level is assigned a heavier time based weighted value than an older medication dosage level, to generate a recommended medication dosage level based on the query, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is based, at least in part, on the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to the user and the time based weighted value assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels, to output the recommended medication dosage level including effects of at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels on the physiological condition, and to update the memory with the recommended medication dosage level when the recommended medication dosage level is administered. 18. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the memory includes a plurality of previously determined medication dosage levels and one or more associated parameters for each of the plurality of the previously determined medication dosage levels. 19. The apparatus of claim 18, wherein one or more of the plurality of the previously determined medication dosage levels stored in the memory includes administered medication dosage information. 20. The apparatus of claim 19, wherein the administered medication dosage information includes one or more of a past correction bolus amount, a past carbohydrate bolus amount, a past basal profile, or one or more combinations thereof. 21. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to perform statistical analysis based on the received one or more parameters. 22. The apparatus of claim 21, wherein the statistical analysis includes one or more of mean deviation analysis, standard deviation analysis, estimation analysis, forecasting analysis, correlation of the one or more parameters, modeling of one or more relationships among the one or more parameters, regression analysis, time series analysis, autoregressive modeling, integrated modeling, moving average modeling, data mining, or probability analysis. 23. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the recommended medication dosage level includes one or more of a bolus amount or a basal profile modification for administration to the user. 24. The apparatus of claim 17, including receiving a user command to administer the recommended mediation dosage level. 25. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to receive confirmation of administration of a medication amount associated with the recommended medication dosage level, associate the recommended medication dosage level with the one or more parameters, and store the recommended medication dosage level. 26. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels is associated with insulin. 27. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the one or more parameters includes one or more of a current glucose level, an insulin sensitivity, a target glucose level, past glucose level, glucose trend information, an amount of carbohydrate to be ingested, insulin on board information, exercise information, time of day information, or one or more combinations thereof. 28. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the one or more processing units, and the memory are operatively coupled to a medical device. 29. The apparatus of claim 28, wherein the medical device includes a blood glucose meter, an analyte monitoring device, an infusion device, or one or more combinations thereof. 30. The apparatus of claim 29, wherein at least two of the blood glucose meter, the analyte monitoring device or the infusion device are integrated in a single housing. 31. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to disregard at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels when a time frame associated with the at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels exceeds a time frame threshold. 32. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to receive a user modification to the recommended medication dosage level and update the memory when the modified medication dosage level is administered. 33. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is a contextually determined medication dosage level. 34. The apparatus of claim 33, wherein the contextually determined medication dosage level includes data corresponding to one or more of a blood glucose concentration level, glucose trend information, a basal profile, a type of insulin, exercise information, meal information, a carbohydrate content estimate, or insulin on board information. 35. The apparatus of claim 17, wherein after a predetermined time period the memory for storing instructions which, when executed by the one or more processing units, causes the one or more processing units to assign a second time based weight value that causes at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels to no longer impact the recommended medication dosage level. 36. A computer program product encoded on a non-transitory computer-readable storage medium for enabling one or more processors to perform a database query, the computer program product comprising: software instructions stored on the computer readable medium for enabling one or more processors to perform predetermined operations comprising: receiving one or more parameters associated with a physiological condition;querying a database for one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to a user based on the one or more parameters associated with the physiological condition;assigning a time based weighted value to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels, wherein the time based weighted value is assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels in a decreasing weighted order based on time such that a more recent medication dosage level is assigned a heavier time based weighted value than an older medication dosage level;generating a recommended medication dosage level based on the database query, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is based, at least in part, on the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels administered to the user and the time based weighted value assigned to each of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels;outputting the recommended medication dosage level including effects of at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels on the physiological condition; andupdating the database with the recommended medication dosage level when the recommended medication dosage level is administered. 37. The computer program product of claim 36, further comprising instructions for disregarding at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels when a time frame associated with the at least one of the one or more previously determined medication dosage levels exceeds a time frame threshold. 38. The computer program product of claim 36, further comprising receiving a user modification to the recommended medication dosage level and updating the database when the modified medication dosage level is administered. 39. The computer program product of claim 36, wherein the recommended medication dosage level is a contextually determined medication dosage level. 40. The computer program product of claim 39, wherein the contextually determined medication dosage level includes data corresponding to one or more of a blood glucose concentration level, glucose trend information, a basal profile, a type of insulin, exercise information, meal information, a carbohydrate content estimate, or insulin on board information. 41.
