In one aspect, the fluid transfer assembly includes a fluid container having an opening in a bottom, a coupling device attached to the fluid container at the opening, and a filling device. The coupling device may include a valve biasing the coupling device in a closed fluid-tight position via magnetic attraction of opposing first and second components, each of the opposing first and second components including a magnetic material. The filling device may include a rigid member with a perimeter smaller than a perimeter of the fluid container opening, the rigid member including a passage along a longitudinal axis and one or more apertures through a sidewall in fluid communication with the passage, such that the coupling device is transitioned from the closed fluid-tight position to an open position by pressing the rigid member against one of the opposing first and second components, thereby placing the apertures in fluid communication with an interior of the fluid container.

A fluid transfer assembly, comprising: a fluid container having an opening in a bottom thereof;a coupling device attached to the fluid container at the opening, the coupling device including a valve biasing the coupling device in a closed fluid-tight position via magnetic attraction of opposing first and second components, each of the opposing first and second components including a magnetic material; anda filling device configured to fill the fluid container with a liquid, the filling device including a rigid member with a perimeter smaller than a perimeter of the fluid container opening, the rigid member including a passage along a longitudinal axis and one or more apertures through a sidewall in fluid communication with the passage, wherein the coupling device is transitioned from the closed fluid-tight position to an open position by pressing the rigid member against one of the opposing first and second components to place the one or more apertures in fluid communication with an interior of the fluid container. 2. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the filling device includes a platform surrounding the rigid member, the platform including a magnetic material and being configured to translate along a length of the rigid member. 3. The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a flushing device attached to the coupling device. 4. The assembly according to claim 1, further comprising a manifold attached to the coupling device. 5. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the coupling device further comprises an illumination element. 6. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the coupling device comprises an upper section and a lower section detachably connecting to the upper section through the fluid container opening. 7. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein the upper section is the first component and a cap mating with the upper section is the second component. 8. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the cap includes a recess shaped to receive the rigid member, the cap separating from the upper section in the coupling device open position. 9. The assembly according to claim 7, wherein the upper section includes apertures through a rim thereof spaced around a rim circumference, the cap translating along a longitudinal axis of the upper section to cover the upper section apertures in the coupling device closed position, and to uncover the upper section apertures in the coupling device open position. 10. The assembly according to claim 6, wherein each of the upper section and lower section includes a seal member contacting the fluid container in a coupling device assembled state. 11. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the magnetic material of the first and second components comprises a plurality of neodymium magnets spaced apart about respective first and second components. 12. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the filling device includes a magnetic ring. 13. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the filling device includes a housing having a plurality of LED lights positioned to illuminate a liquid during transfer from the filling device to the fluid container. 14. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein the filling device includes one or more drain lines and a drain valve. 15. A beverage dispensing system, comprising: a container including a valve biasing an opening in the bottom of the container in a closed position, the valve including a magnetic cap;a nozzle configured to fill the container with a liquid, the nozzle including a magnetic material on or adjacent a top surface thereof, the nozzle magnetic material having sufficient strength to hold the magnetic cap of the valve such that movement between the nozzle and cap are prevented upon contact of the top surface of the nozzle with the magnetic cap; anda platform circumferentially surrounding a portion of the nozzle, the platform translating along a longitudinal axis of the nozzle. 16. The dispenser connection device according to claim 15, wherein the platform includes a magnetic material to attract the platform to a corresponding magnetic material in the container. 17. The dispenser connection device according to claim 15, wherein the magnetic cap includes commercial identification on a top surface thereof viewable from the top of the container. 18. The dispenser connection device according to claim 15, wherein the magnetic cap includes a personal message on a top surface thereof viewable from the top of the container. 19. A method of fluid transfer, comprising: providing a filling device including a nozzle and a platform surrounding the nozzle, the nozzle having a passage along a longitudinal axis and one or more apertures through a sidewall in fluid communication with the passage, the platform translating along the longitudinal axis of the nozzle;positioning a fluid container over the filling device, the fluid container including an opening in a bottom thereof and a coupling device biasing the opening in a closed fluid-tight position by magnetic attraction of opposing separable first and second components, each of the opposing separable first and second components including a magnetic material;aligning the fluid container coupling device with the filling device platform; andcontacting the platform with an exterior surface of the coupling device to translate the platform along the nozzle longitudinal axis, the nozzle separating the first component from the second component to place the apertures in fluid communication with an interior of the fluid container. 20. The method according to claim 19, wherein the platform includes a magnetic material, and wherein the coupling device includes a magnetic material adjacent to the exterior surface, the step of aligning including positioning the platform magnetic material adjacent the coupling device exterior surface magnetic material. 21. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein, in the open position, the one or more apertures of the rigid member are located inside the interior of the fluid container. 22. The assembly according to claim 1, wherein, in the open position, the one or more apertures of the rigid member are located axially between the opposing first and second components.
