The cart of claim 9 wherein the one or more runners are arced. 11. The cart of claim 9 wherein the primary wheels are disposed on a non-arced surface and are attached to the non-arced surface such that the bottom most points of the primary wheels in each row form an arc. 12. The cart of claim 9 wherein the cart is collapsible. 13. The cart of claim 9 wherein the length of the two or more rows of primary wheels spans at least 80% of the cart length. 14. The cart of claim 9 wherein the cart is a personal motorized platform device. 15. The cart of claim 9 comprising an adjustable handle. 16. The cart of claim 17 wherein the primary wheels are disposed on a non-arced surface and are attached to the non-arced surface such that the bottom most points of the primary wheels in each row form an arc. 23. The cart of claim 17 wherein the length of the two or more rows of primary wheels spans at least 80% of the cart length. 24.
