The holding device as claimed in claim 1, further comprising an abutment unit that includes an abutment member, which is disposed in said holding space and adapted for abutting against the display, and an adjusting component which is connected co-movably to said abutting member, which extends threadedly through said base, and which is rotatable so as to move relative to said base. 4.
