The plasticizing system of claim 1, wherein the stationary assembly includes a torpedo assembly. 6. The plasticizing system of claim 5, wherein the torpedo assembly includes a torpedo heater. 7. The plasticizing system of claim 1, wherein the housing assembly includes a heater assembly. 8. The plasticizing system of claim 2, wherein the housing assembly includes an external housing and an internal housing received in the external housing. 9.
