The oil control valve according to claim 1, further comprising: a return spring disposed between an interior upper surface of the valve cap and the ball valve, andconfigured to elastically push the ball valve such that the ball valve seals the first through-hole. 3. The oil control valve according to claim 2, wherein the lower seat has a cup shape, and an upper circumference of the lower seat is placed in close contact with a lower surface of the upper seat. 4. The oil control valve according to claim 3, wherein the upper seat, the lower seat, the ball valve, the check valve, and the pilot comprise a non-ferrous material lighter than iron. 5. The oil control valve according to claim 3, further comprising: a connector disposed on one side of the valve case,electrically connected with the bobbin, andconfigured to transmit power to the bobbin. 6. The oil control valve according to claim 3, further comprising: a mesh-type filter mounted on the inflow port of the valve cap. 7. The oil control valve according to claim 1, wherein the upper seat, the lower seat, the ball valve, the check valve and the pilot comprise a non-ferrous material lighter than iron. 8. The oil control valve according to claim 1, further comprising: a connector disposed on one side of the valve case,electrically connected with the bobbin, andconfigured to transmit power to the bobbin. 9. The oil control valve according to claim 1, further comprising: a mesh-type filter mounted on the inflow port of the valve cap.
