The carton of claim 9 wherein the fourth bottom folding assembly includes a glue panel and a first connecting panel connected along a fold line to the second bottom flap at one end and to the glue panel along a fold line at an other end. 14. The carton of claim 9 further comprising a spigot cutout in at least one of the side panels. 15.
