A method of treating a vertebra, comprising: (a) inserting a delivery device into an interior of a vertebra, the delivery device having at least one extrusion aperture formed in a sidewall thereof;(b) introducing bone cement into the bone through the at least one extrusion aperture, the bone cement exiting through the at least one extrusion aperture at an angle of less than 90 degrees relative to a longitudinal axis of the delivery device. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the delivery device comprises an elongate body. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the bone cement exits through the at least one extrusion aperture at an angle of less than 60 degrees. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the bone cement exits through the at least one extrusion aperture at an angle of 45 degrees. 5. The method of claim 1, wherein the bone cement exits through the at least one extrusion aperture at an angle between 30 degrees and 90 degrees. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one extrusion aperture includes three extrusion apertures. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein introducing the bone cement into the bone includes inserting a pusher into the delivery device and advancing the pusher toward the at least one extrusion aperture. 8. The method of claim 7, wherein the pusher is advanced distal of the at least one extrusion aperture to cause the material to exit through the at least one extrusion aperture and into the bone.
