Fiber management sections for fiber optic housings, and related components and methods are disclosed. In one embodiment, a fiber management device is provided. The fiber management device comprises a base and at least one fiber management component attached to the base and configured to manage one or more optical fibers. At least one opening is disposed in the base and configured to route one or more optical fibers from the base. The fiber management component may be a routing guide configured to route the one or more optical fibers as a non-limiting example. The fiber management device may be disposed on a side or within the fiber optic housing and may be removable from the enclosure and configured to route one or more optical fibers from the fiber optic housing.

The fiber management device of claim 1, further comprising at least one grommet disposed in the at least one second opening. 3. The fiber management device of claim 2, wherein the at least one grommet is removable from the at least one second opening to expose the at least one second opening to allow the one or more optical fibers to be routed through the at least one second opening. 4. The fiber management device of claim 2, wherein the at least one grommet is made from a material comprised of a polymer. 5. The fiber management device of claim 1, wherein the at least one fiber management component is comprised of at least one routing guide configured to route one or more optical fibers. 6. The fiber management device of claim 5, wherein the at least one routing guide is comprised of a first routing guide disposed on a first end of the base and a second routing guide disposed on a second end of the base. 7. The fiber management device of claim 5, wherein the at least one routing guide is comprised of at least one routing clip. 8. The fiber management device of claim 5, wherein the at least one routing guide is comprised of a first arcuate member having a first end attached to the base and a second end adjacent a second end of a second member having a first end attached to the base. 9. The fiber management device of claim 8, wherein the first arcuate member is flexible. 10. The fiber management device of claim 8, wherein the second end of the first arcuate member abuts the second end of the second member when a compression force is not applied to the first arcuate member. 11. The fiber management device of claim 10, wherein the second end of the first arcuate member is configured to separate from the second end of the second member when a compression force is applied to the first arcuate member. 12. The fiber management device of claim 1, further comprising at least one third opening disposed in the base and configured to receive a fastener to attach the base to a mounting surface. 13. A fiber optic housing, comprising: an enclosure defining at least one interior chamber configured to support fiber optic equipment; anda fiber management device removably attached to an opening of at least one of a front side and a rear side of the enclosure and configured to be disposed in an interior chamber inside the enclosure, the fiber management device comprising: a base;at least one fiber management component attached to the base and configured to manage one or more optical fibers connected to the fiber optic equipment;at least one first opening disposed in the at least one fiber management component and configured to route one or more optical fibers through the at least one first opening in a first direction;at least one second opening disposed in the base and configured to route the one or more optical fibers from the enclosure through the at least one second opening in a second direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the first direction; andwherein the at least one first opening is aligned over the at least one second opening. 14. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, wherein the fiber management device is further configured to be disposed outside the interior chamber of the enclosure. 15. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, wherein the fiber management device is attached to a base of the enclosure. 16. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, further comprising a removable front section attached to the enclosure, wherein the fiber management device is attached to the removable front section. 17. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, wherein the base is attached in a plane in the enclosure parallel to a front plane of fiber optic equipment disposed in the enclosure. 18. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, wherein the base is attached in a plane in the enclosure generally at a right angle to a front plane of fiber optic equipment disposed in the enclosure. 19. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, further comprising at least one grommet disposed in the at least one opening disposed in the base. 20. The fiber optic housing of claim 19, wherein the at least one grommet is removable from the at least one opening to expose the at least one opening to allow the one or more optical fibers to be routed through the at least one opening disposed in the base. 21. The fiber optic housing of claim 13, wherein the at least one fiber management component is comprised of at least one routing guide configured to route one or more optical fibers. 22. A method of managing optical fiber in a fiber optic housing, comprising: routing one or more optical fibers from fiber optic equipment disposed in an enclosure to at least one fiber management component disposed in a fiber management device removably attached to at least one of a front side and a rear side of the enclosure,the fiber management device comprising: a base;the at least one fiber management component attached to the base and configured to manage one or more optical fibers connected to the fiber optic equipment;at least one first opening disposed in the base and configured to route the one or more optical fibers from the enclosure in a first direction; andat least one second opening disposed in the at least one fiber management component and configured to route the one or more optical fibers through the at least one second opening in a second direction perpendicular or substantially perpendicular to the first direction; andwherein the at least one first opening is aligned over the at least one second opening; androuting the one or more optical fibers through the at least one first opening disposed in the base. 23. The method of claim 22, further comprising routing the one or more optical fibers through the at least one first opening disposed in the base of the fiber management device. 24. The method of claim 22, further comprising removing the fiber management device from the enclosure. 25. The method of claim 22, further comprising: derouting the one or more optical fibers through the at least one first opening; andinserting at least one grommet in the at least one opening disposed in the base. 26. The method of claim 22, further comprising mounting the fiber management device in the enclosure. 27. The method of claim 26, wherein mounting the fiber management device further comprises disposing at least one fastener through at least one first opening disposed in the base into at least one receiver disposed in the enclosure. 28. The method of claim 22, wherein the at least one fiber management device is comprised of at least one routing guide each defining one of the at least one second opening, wherein routing the one or more optical fibers comprises: separating a first arcuate member of the at least one routing guide from a second member of the at least one routing guide;disposing the one or more optical fibers through an opening formed by the separating of the first arcuate member from the second member; andreleasing the separation of the first arcuate member from the second member to close the at least one routing guide while the one or more optical fibers are disposed inside the at least one routing guide, thereby disposing the at least one optical fiber in the at least one second opening.
