The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a liquid inactivation unit including at least one of an ultra violet (UV) lamp, a filter and a heating device. 5. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a pump configured to pump the cold liquid, and a flow meter. 6. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a radiation system to create microbiologically safe liquid at adjustable temperatures, wherein the radiation system comprises a ultra violet (UV) unit. 7. The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the radiation system comprises a UV lamp and a UV transparent tube, such that during operation the tube contains the UV lamp with liquid flowing around, or the liquid flows through the tube with UV radiation coming from outside the tube. 8. The apparatus according to claim 7, comprising a lamp function indicator including a UV-dose indicator. 9. The apparatus according to claim 7, further comprising a reaction chamber containing the UV lamp and the tube, wherein the reaction chamber is made of reflective material. 10. The apparatus according to claim 1, further comprising a filter system configured to create microbiologically safe liquid at adjustable temperatures, wherein the filter system includes a filter comprising one of a micro, ultra and nano filter. 11. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the filter comprises a membrane having a pore size <1 μm. 12. The apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising a measuring unit configured to measure lifetime of the filter, and generate a signal when the lifetime is reached. 13. The apparatus according to claim 10, further comprising an indication unit configured to provide an indication to change the filter when the apparatus has not been used for a certain time. 14. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the reflective material comprises aluminum. 15. The apparatus according to claim 10, wherein the filter comprises a membrane having a pore size <0.1 μm. 16. The apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the hot liquid has a temperature between 60 degrees Celsius and 80 degrees Celsius. 17.
