The thermal cutter according to claim 1, wherein the exhaust chambers are arranged along the second axial direction, and a length in the first axial direction of the cover unit is greater than or equal to a length of the exhaust chambers in the first axial direction. 8. The thermal cutter according to claim 7, wherein the cover unit is dimensioned to cover over approximately an entire upper portion of at least one of the exhaust chambers. 9.
