The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the charged surface is induced by electric polarization. 5. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the charged surface is induced by surface treatment. 6. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the charged surface is negatively charged. 7. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the surface of the scaffold further comprises concave pits. 8. The scaffold of claim 7, wherein the concave pits are 10-120 μm in depth and 3-100 μm in depth. 9. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the scaffold comprises hydroxyapatite or polylactide-co-glycolide (PLGA). 10. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the scaffold further comprises a cell. 11. The scaffold of claim 10, wherein the cell is an osteoblast or a stem cell. 12. The scaffold of claim 1, wherein the scaffold further comprises a bioactive agent. 13. The scaffold of claim 12, wherein the bioactive agent is a growth factor or an antibiotic. 14. The scaffold of claim 12, wherein the bioactive agent is growth hormone (GH), a bone morphogenetic protein (BMP), transforming growth factor-α (TGF-α), TGF-β, a fibroblast growth factor (FGF), granulocyte-colony stimulating factor (G-CSF), granulocyte/macrophage-colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF), epidermal growth factor (EGF), platelet derived growth factor (PDGF), insulin-like growth factor (IGF), vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF), hepatocyte growth factor/scatter factor (HGF/SF), an interleukin, tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) or nerve growth factor (NGF).
