1. An emergency vehicle patient transport system comprising: a loading passage providing access to an interior of an emergency vehicle;one or more tracks coupled to the interior of the emergency vehicle wherein, a travel path is delineated by the one or more tracks;a chair slidingly engaged with the one or more tracks, and vertically positioned between a floor and a ceiling of the interior of the emergency vehicle, wherein the chair comprises a curved vertical member and a seat, and wherein: the seat comprises an upper portion which contacts and supports an upper torso of a user when disposed in the chair, and a posterior support;the curved vertical member forms a curve between the floor and the ceiling of the interior of the emergency vehicle;the curved vertical member partially surrounds the seat; andthe entire seat tilts forward with respect to the curved vertical member. 2. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein: the chair comprises a seat support member engaged with the curved vertical member; andthe posterior support is coupled to the seat support member. 3. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 2 wherein: the curved vertical member comprises a channel; andthe seat support member is slidingly engaged with the channel of the curved vertical member. 4. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 2 wherein, the seat comprises a torso support slidingly engaged with the seat support member, and wherein the torso support slides towards the floor of the emergency vehicle, the ceiling of the emergency vehicle, or both with respect to the posterior support. 5. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 2 wherein, the seat comprises a contoured head support slidingly engaged with the seat support member, and wherein the contoured head support slides towards the floor of the emergency vehicle, the ceiling of the emergency vehicle, or both with respect to the posterior support. 6. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 2 wherein, the seat comprises a lap bar disposed above the posterior support, and wherein the lap bar partially surrounds an aperture about the posterior support. 7. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 6 wherein, the seat comprises a hip grabber rotatably joined with the lap bar, wherein the hip grabber rotates with respect to the lap bar to an open position and a closed position. 8. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 7 wherein: the seat comprises a sliding upper body member and a harness;the sliding upper body member is slidingly engaged with the seat support member and disposed above the posterior support; andthe harness extends between the hip grabber and the sliding upper body member. 9. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 8 wherein, the lap bar comprises a hip actuator, and wherein the hip actuator transitions the hip grabber from the open position to the closed position automatically. 10. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the chair comprises an earphone, an audio microphone, a video feed or combinations thereof. 11. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the chair comprises a video feed coupled to the curved vertical member and located above the seat. 12. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein the chair comprises a knee member for supporting the legs of an occupant that extends and retracts from the seat. 13. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 12 wherein, the chair comprises a knee actuator that extends the knee member from the seat in sync with tilting of the seat. 14. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the chair comprises a tilt control that enables or disables tilting of the seat. 15. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the seat slides with respect to the curved vertical member. 16. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the chair swivels with respect to the one or more tracks. 17. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the chair locks in one or more set positions. 18. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 1 wherein, the one or more tracks is coupled to the floor of the emergency vehicle. 19. An emergency vehicle patient transport system comprising: a loading passage providing access to an interior of an emergency vehicle;one or more tracks coupled to the interior of the emergency vehicle wherein, a travel path is delineated by the one or more tracks;a chair slidingly engaged with the one or more tracks, and vertically positioned between a floor and a ceiling of the interior of the emergency vehicle, wherein the chair comprises a curved vertical member and a seat, and wherein: the curved vertical member forms a curve between the floor and the ceiling of the interior of the emergency vehicle;the curved vertical member partially surrounds the seat; andthe seat tilts with respect to the curved vertical member, wherein the chair comprises a seat support member engaged with the curved vertical member, and the seat comprises a posterior support coupled to the seat support member, and a lap bar disposed above the posterior support, and wherein the lap bar partially surrounds an aperture about the posterior support. 20. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 19 wherein: the seat comprises a sliding upper body member and a harness; andthe sliding upper body member is slidingly engaged with the seat support member and disposed above the posterior support. 21. The emergency vehicle patient transport system of claim 19 wherein, the seat comprises a hip grabber rotatably joined with the lap bar, wherein the hip grabber rotates with respect to the lap bar to an open position and a closed position. 22.
