The rack of claim 1, wherein the rack further includes caster wheels on a bottom edge of the first and second vertical support members. 7. The rack of claim 1, wherein the first hinge sub-assembly comprises a third linkage member and a fourth linkage member pivotably coupled together. 8. The rack of claim 7, wherein the third linkage member defines a slot through which the fourth linkage member passes. 9. The rack of claim 7, wherein one of the third linkage member and the fourth linkage member is operatively coupled to a sliding member secured to the second vertical support member of the first side frame. 10. The rack of claim 1, wherein the first hinge sub-assembly comprises a third linkage member slidably coupled to the second vertical support member of the first side frame and a fourth linkage member slidably coupled to the second vertical support member of the second side frame, the third and fourth linkage members being pivotably coupled together and the third linkage member defines a slot through which the fourth linkage member passes. 12. The rack of claim 1, wherein the first side frame comprises a lateral member extending between the first and second vertical support members, the second side frame comprises a lateral member extending between the first and second vertical support members, and the first linkage member is slidably coupled to the lateral member of the first side frame and the second linkage member is slidably coupled to the lateral member of the second side frame. 13. The rack of claim 1, wherein the first and second linkages are slidably coupled to each other. 14. The rack of claim 1, wherein the first hinge sub-assembly comprises a third linkage member slidably coupled to the second vertical support member of the first side frame and a fourth linkage member slidably coupled to the second vertical support member of the second side frame, the third and fourth linkage members being pivotably coupled together and one of the third linkage member and the fourth linkage member defines a slot through which the other of the third and fourth linkage member passes, andthe first side frame comprises a lateral member extending between the first and second vertical support members, the second side frame comprises a lateral member extending between the first and second vertical support members, andthe first linkage member is slidably coupled to the lateral member of the first side frame and the second linkage member is slidably coupled to the lateral member of the second side frame, andthe first and second linkage members are slidably coupled to each other. 15.
