A visualization, alignment and support tool permitting one person fence rail installation, and greatly speeding the installation when more than two persons are employed. Specifically, the tool temporarily affixes to a fence pipe and offers support for a length of fence rail; especially the ends of adjacent fence rails, so that the rails are supported and level relative to a fence pipe bracket which is fastened to the fence pipe.
