1. A method performed by a computer system, comprising: providing a first electronic version of a printed paper to a user at a display device, wherein:the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayable on the display device as a likeness of the printed paper, the first electronic version of the printed paper has been translated from a second electronic version of the printed paper using a content preparation system, the second electronic version stored on the content preparation system and including a first portion associated with a first location within the likeness of the printed paper; andtranslating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper, wherein translating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper comprises translating the first portion associated with the first location within the likeness of the printed paper into a second portion to be displayed in the likeness of the printed paper at a second location within the likeness of the printed paper when the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayed, the second portion at least partially replacing the first portion. 2. The method of claim 1, wherein the first portion comprises first content, the second portion comprises second content, and the first content is different from the second content. 3. The method of claim 1, wherein the first location in the printed papers is equivalent to the second location in the likeness of the printed paper. 4. The method of claim 1, wherein the first electronic version has a first digital format and the second electronic version has a second digital format. 5. The method of claim 4, wherein the first digital format is a bitmap, gif or jpeg. 6. The method of claim 1, wherein the first electronic version is compressed. 7. The method of claim 1, wherein the first electronic version has been encrypted. 8. A system, comprising a processor and a content delivery system embodied on a non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions executable by the processor for: providing a first electronic version of a printed paper to a user at a display device, wherein:the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayable on the display device as a likeness of the printed paper, the first electronic version of the printed paper has been translated from a second electronic version of the printed paper using a content preparation system, the second electronic version stored on the content preparation system and including a first portion associated with a first location within the likeness of the printed paper; andtranslating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper, wherein translating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper comprises translating the first portion associated with the first location within the likeness of the printed paper into a second portion to be displayed in the likeness of the printed paper at a second location within the likeness of the printed paper when the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayed, the second portion at least partially replacing the first portion. 9. The system of claim 8, wherein the first portion comprises first content, the second portion comprises second content, and the first content is different from the second content. 10. The system of claim 8, wherein the first location in the printed papers is equivalent to the second location in the likeness of the printed paper. 11. The system of claim 8, wherein the first electronic version has a first digital format and the second electronic version has a second digital format. 12. The system of claim 11, wherein the first digital format is a bitmap, gif or jpeg. 13. The system of claim 8, wherein the content preparation system is further for compressing the first electronic version. 14. The system of claim 8, wherein the content preparation system is further for encrypting the first electronic version. 15. A non-transitory tangible computer readable storage medium, comprising instructions for: providing a first electronic version of a printed paper to a user at a display device, wherein:the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayable on the display device as a likeness of the printed paper, the first electronic version of the printed paper has been translated from a second electronic version of the printed paper using a content preparation system, the second electronic version stored on the content preparation system and including a first portion associated with a first location within the likeness of the printed paper; andtranslating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper, wherein translating the second electronic version into the first electronic version of the printed paper comprises translating the first portion associated with the first location within the likeness of the printed paper into a second portion to be displayed in the likeness of the printed paper at a second location within the likeness of the printed paper when the first electronic version of the printed paper is displayed, the second portion at least partially replacing the first portion. 16. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the first portion comprises first content, the second portion comprises second content, and the first content is different from the second content. 17. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the first location in the printed papers is equivalent to the second location in the likeness of the printed paper. 18. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the first electronic version has a first digital format and the second electronic version has a second digital format. 19. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 18, wherein the first digital format is a bitmap, gif or jpeg. 20. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the first electronic version is compressed. 21. The non-transitory computer readable storage medium of claim 15, wherein the first electronic version has been encrypted.
