The drive assembly of claim 2, wherein the gear drive mechanism further comprises an engagement spring engaged to the second drive gear, wherein the engagement spring biases the second drive gear toward the first pinion gear. 4. The drive assembly of claim 1, wherein the first rive gear is a pinion quarter gear and the second drive gear is a spiral radius gear. 5. The drive assembly of claim 1, wherein the gear drive mechanism further comprises: a lobe driven by the handle member; anda flexible link engaged to the first drive gear and the lobe, wherein the flexible link comprises a first loop engaged to the lobe and a second loop engaged to the first drive gear. 6. The drive assembly of claim 1, wherein the handle member is substantially perpendicular to the support surface when in the unfired position, and is substantially parallel to the support surface when in the fired position. 7.
